Great views of mountains as you see the fog in the far. Course is great nice layout.

Purchased a Costco voucher and set up a tee time for a Saturday @ 1030. Right off the bat noticed that groups were lined up and time slots were only 5 minutes apart. The course was nice but nothing special. total time we were there was 6.5 hours and time played about 5.5 hours

I see a lot of negative reviews about the pace of play. But I’d have to say the course was incredible and if you go off at sunrise like we did, the pace is super fast. We were 2 I’m a cart, and there were 2 seniors walking behind us on our tail the whole time, and the folks behind them were also cruising.

From a beauty standpoint, I’m not sure you can beat the sunrise views at this place. Deer everywhere and morning fog sitting on the mountain are hard to beat.

We did have one funny incident where one of the grounds crew was moving the hole locations. With his headphones still in, he walked up and moved the hole that my partner was putting to. No greeting, no good morning, and no acknowledgement that he literally plugged the hole that my partner had just chipped within 4 feet of. My partner pitted into his equipment with a rye smile just to prove the point. Good coaching moment for his management!

This was a challenging round of golf due to the wind; otherwise, weather conditions were perfect. The course itself is challenging due to the rolling terrain & strategically located bunkers. The course provides beautiful views of the area.

Challenging, no flat lies, some fairways and landing spots are narrow. Theres something to be said for this back nine, it's gettable but it can eat alive as well. Each hole is unique. Greens were in good shape

For $85 this course is not worth it. Bad spacing betweeen tee times means 2 groups on tee boxes every time. 30 minutes delay at prime golf hour and the round was 5.5 hrs, 6hrs total.....course is okay but not for the price. Never again.

The course is good but slow play affected playing. It took nearly 5 hours to play a not very busy course.

Not sure why we lucked out, but our round was only 3 1/2 hours unlike many of the other reviews. Course is very hilly, weather was very windy and cold, but it's also very pretty and well laid-out so we had a great time. Price (through a discounted GolfNow deal) was amazingly good.
Bar/ proshop is indeed very shabby and the parking lot is also downmarket, but the people were nice and the course is a gem.

Very interesting layout greens in very good conditionThe only issue is the pace of play they need more offers out there to speed it up a little bit other than that good course good grades in decent condition will be back

Beautiful view and landscape, very good design. The distance and layout are both superb. I rank it as one of the best public golf courses in the Bay Area. The biggest problem is the pace. Too many players, and some are walkers. Very slow and wait at every hole. The club house is a bit shabby.

Worth the money. Very challenging back 9. Playing senior tee box was fun.

2:43 for 9 holes . Not sure why it was Wednesday at 12.

My gripes with any course are 1) did we start on time, 2) the pace of play and 3) fairway, greens conditions.

I've played here many times and during this time I experienced a very pleasant time. Of course who you play with makes a big difference and this time I went solo but still managed to be paired up with really good guys.

We started right on time. We fell a little behind in pace of play but managed to get back on track a few holes in. The conditions were great! If you're not used to this course, it does offer challenging conditions but nothing so difficult that it ruins the outing.

This rates are typically higher than other local courses which is shame but I get it. I'm lucky enough to be able to get tee times during GolfNow's Hot Deals and even some that are just discounted (but not a Hot Deal) so I always think I'm getting a steal.

People do walk this course but be warned that it is hilly. I usually cart it.

If you like a bit of a challenge, great scenery (right by the reservoir), wildlife (you'll usually run into deer in a few holes), and well-kept conditions, this is the place for you.

Public course, challenging for all levels, quick greens. Setting makes for a nice afternoon, wildlife abounds. You will see Deer, Turkey, and Hawks, and hopefully a few “birdies”!!!
