Tijeras Creek Golf Club

Usually a great track but the conditions recently are horrid. What’s even worse is that they are keeping the same green fees.

I've play this course a few times a year and this was the worst shape I've ever seen it. The fairways were thin, mostly dirt & mud and patches of grass. Our golf cart actually got stuck in the middle of the fairway due to the mud. The greens were okay with some spots of crapgrass. The amount of ball marks on the greens were sad. PLEASE REPAIR YOUR BALL MARKS ON THE GREEN NOT MATTER WHERE YOU PLAY.

The staff was friendly and the carts were nice with newer technology screens. Beverage cart staff were very nice and professional. We were told the course gets this way in the summer so hopefully it will improve. I would recommend rotating cart path only on the holes in need of the most repair every week. I would not play here again until the fairways improve or they lower the price to compensate for the poor conditions.

The fairway condition is a bit disappointing and the green condition is disappointing. And there is a regret that I wish I had been more kind..Pro Shop

For the price you would expect the course to be maintained. Apparently not. The greens were in very bad shape. Basically unplayable. Nobody repairs their own divots and the maintenance staff surely does not. Unimpressed and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I played this course the first time, and for the price, I was surprised that the staff and system were as laid back in a significant way. Very happy with my experience.

The folks i played with felt the fairways and greens were in bad shape. I started noticing and realized the conditions were bad enough our game was impacted.

I really like this course and will be back. Hopeful that a lot more TLC is given to the fairways and the greens.

Been a few months since I had been here in the beginning of summer, and the conditions have gone waaaaayy downhill since then! The course is a wet, soggy mess! Tee boxes are being redone , so they are bunched up, overused, wet, and janky. Fairways are soggy (even in 100 deg heat!) with many bare, uneven, and wet lies. Greens were generally ok, but lots of ball marks and inconsistent. Sand traps were the best part of the course, but they were wet also. The customer service is still exquisite, but I'll be sitting this course out for awhile until it gets back to the conditions that they are charging you for.

Rob and his guys take great care to foster the future of golf here.. summer passes, jr rates and the environment. My son has played and or practiced here all summer.. and the staff treats him great.

The front 9 and back nine offer varying challenges that cause a young golfer to think through many different scenarios. The only thing on a wish list is a sand trap and improved chipping/pitching area. But honestly they just don’t seem to have the room..

The best way to describe this course is that it's two courses. The first nine is mostly built around homes, condos and apartments. Good layout but very much that residential course we've seen a hundred times. Then you get to 10 and 11, and you're playing around the canyon. Completely different. Some of the fairways are showing signs of drought and a few tee boxes had been recently sodden so the staff are trying to keep it in great shape.

Our cart had satellite boundaries that shut the cart down…..

I was not in good health I rode out to the course just to let them know that I would not be playing and they said to get a refund from GolfNow although it wasn't likely what is up with this can I get a refund
