Plays long
The opening par 5 set the tone for the day. A long hole with big elevation changes in the fairway. Playing without a local knowledge really hurt as we had no idea where to aim. Generally we found the course to be tough as tee shots got us into trouble in few holes. The greens were pretty fast (11?) and the fairways were tight. I'll have to get another round in before I can truly assess the course.

Amazing Course!
The South part of Coto de Caza CC is easier than the North side but is still challenging and is a beautiful course. I play there every weekend and it's always packed with members. It is for members only, but if you are apart of the Club Corp or have a way to get in and schedule a tee time, please try this course! Greens are small and tricky, fairways and roughs are in great shape and the bunkers are challenging with the less sand than other bunkers. If you want to test yourself, this and the North course is the way to go.
