The Boulders Golf Club & Resort complex features two outstanding 18-hole courses. Both courses are very well maintained, and the scenery is incredible. Boulder's South Course is exactly the type of desert course people come to the Phoenix-Scottsdale resort corridor to play. A round of golf on the South kicks off on the par-4 first hole, which measures 421 yards from the blue tees, which is quickly followed by a short par 3, measuring 150 yards from the blue tees. Things get long on the fifth hole, a 545-yard par 5, which is just a warm-up for the 11th hole, a par 5 that measures 601 yards from the blue tees. It doesn't get much easier to finish: The 18th is a par 5 that measures 513 yards from the blue tees.

Great course, great staff, and was able to play at a much lower rate than prime time. Course was immaculate from tee to green. If you hit it off the course, watch out for the jumping cholla!

Course is not in great shape. Green are hard but fuzzy with sand repair on many greens. Badly need a ranger for keeping up pace of play. Great setting but needs a lot of work to compete with other courses for the price you pay.

Beautiful but Slow

On arrival staff were friendly and helpful. Driving range is only 220 yds so limits clubs that can be used. Really enjoyed the layout of the course with some beautiful holes. It was over 5 hours for the round though and for the price it's hard to recommend it for the dedicated golfer that doesn't like to wait too long between shots.

Glad i played it once and enjoyed the staff and restaurant.

Waste of money

The South course is stupid target golf.. If you enjoy shooting at small circles in the grass, go to Top Golf- and the drinks are cheaper. The poor design that requires pinpoint accuracy leads to unbearably SLOW play with a course full of average golfers.. We’ve played Snow Bird golf in Scottsdale for 3 years and this is the only course I would never play again, even for free!! Waste of Money

Nice course

Course was in great condition. Greens were slow. Almost seemed like they were sanded.

Beautiful Golf Setting

Layout is challenging but fair. Course was in great shape with the exception of a few greens which needed some work.

Pace of play was good until back 9.

Never saw a ranger and the round took 4 hours and 45 minutes. Just finished before dark!

However we will play here again without question.

Boulders North Course playing great

Played the North course last week and had a great round with my son. Played in 3 hours 40 minutes at 3:10pm so the pace was fine. The course is in excellent conditions.
