South at Boulders Golf Club & Resort

The boulders course was amazing! Had the opportunity to the play the south course and it was absolutely awesome! Loved some of the elevated tee shots with the boulders right next to you. I am a 10 handicap and ended up with an 86 for my first round at the boulders, the course proposed a challenging layout which I enjoyed very much. I will definitely be back soon to play again. My only wish would be lowering the rates even more during the summer time

Played Troon North yesterday and The Boulders today. Greens were not as fast as Troons but just as smooth and soft. Course was in really good shape. I actually think The Boulders layout is as good as Troon North with several holes that are just incredible. Really impressed with this layout. Fun course to play and also pretty challenging. Would highly recommend The Boulders for sure!

What a fun course! The staff was very friendly. Course conditions were amazing. Very memorable holes with beautiful views. Great layout.

Course was in great condition. Beautiful scenery and all the natural surroundings were picturesque. Some very challenging holes that keep you on your game.

I realize it is July and a heat advisory, however, still was not impressed with the conditions—fairways were below average for July. Do NOT pay full price to play here.

It played reeeaally slow! And they did not do anything about it. WAITING 10 minutes or more on each T box really is not acceptable...espcially at a course like this and for the price. LOTS of similar choices for less money and better pace of play. The course looked really good but the pace of play made it impossible to appreciate any of the good parts.

This was my third visit to the Boulders and what a thrill to discover I’d get to play all 18 holes of the South Course for the second time. After playing it several years ago, I’ve since considered the South Course my favorite course anywhere, and after playing it again yesterday, I still do. From the scenery to the course conditions to the staff and service, everything is first-rate. And speaking of rates, I got a fantastic deal too. In my opinion you won’t find a more enjoyable or scenic round of golf. It’s truly awesome. Don’t hesitate to book a round here.

Played early in the morning. Pace of play could have been better, but they were sending people off 1 and 10 so soonest play was hindered by finishing 9 before others had finished teeing off. Still played in 4 hours, just expect foster before 7 am. Greens were excellent, some fairways were spotty, but I always love playing here.

Greens were smooth and healthy; excellent in comparison to courses in the Valley for July. Fairways were spotty though playable with improved lies, and again above average for local courses in July.

It helps to know where to hit the ball, particularly on par 5 second shots. Much of the course is target golf with significant penalty for missing fairways, though less prescriptive than some desert courses in the area.

Highly recommend, fun and challenging.

Fairway was very muddy, Bunkers are not maintain, algae growing in some. Very slow play, at one point two groups waiting on the tee.

The Raven was much better shape, very professional staff and all for half the price.
