Very nice course but the bridge construction takes away from a couple holes

What a great course

This course is a one & done for me. From the “tips” it plays only 6,000 yards. Greens are postage stamps, fairways are narrow, tee boxes have grass akin to rough at some courses. I do not see why they’re still charging upwards of $100 for what you get. All in all, I was disappointed with everything about course. It’s the epitome of target golf with extreme elevation changes, fairways that cut on strange angles from the tee box, and greens that don’t allow for any errors. There’s not one area of the course that provides any kind of reprieve from the brutality; even Pete Dye designs provide wide fairways and only punish at the green complex - this course punishes from tee to green and you’re simply not able to miss a shot, even a couple yards off target will result in penalization, either of your scorer, your mental well-being, or both. The views are magnificent and the place is lush and green, but those two values alone aren’t enough to pull me back into the fold here.

Beautiful tranquil views, grass and greens were well kept. Cart path is under construction on 3/9. Course is a little short, might play the back tees next time. Overall satisfied with the round.

The tee boxes are all crowned in the middle with no level hitting area. They are so hard it was impossible to push tees in all the way. I would have to find a broken one to use. Even the fairways are hard as a rock with little grass. The greens are literally concrete.

Too many negatives to ever go there again.

I have played Rancho Manana for 25 years. The new ownership group is making positive progress in the course

Greens are in excellent condition for late summer

Things to do still tee boxes need some more leveling

Would love to see divot repair soil at each tee box

GPS on carts would be great ( but I realize most people have their own GPS )

Love this course .. mine and my husband’s favorite in the area .. great holes, great pace of play, beautiful views

Marshall made us skip a hole because we were not on a “4 hour pace” even though we sped up beyond group after first warning.

Having played this course numerous times, I can say it is in the worse condition I have ever seen! Quit after 10 holes. Too dreadful to even go into detail about!

Beautiful course under some modifications but one of our favorites in Arizona. Friendly staff and golf pro shop. Terrain is challenging yet fun for the average golfer.

We love playing Rancho Mañana. A quirky course but so much fun. Course was in good shape for summertime and the pace of play was excellent. People in the pro shop were great. The bridge on the front nine was under construction which made getting around a bit tricky. Overall an enjoyable time.
