Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club

The course wasn’t really good condition for the time of year greens potted really well. I really enjoy the ability to play early in the morning and still get a full day of work. I’m trying to sharpen up my game and this is a great way to do it without breaking the bank and playing early enough to not get heated.

Condition of the course is great!; from tee boxes to greens!

The pace of play is a little back up for Wednesday afternoon.

Cart girls were there often but still they need to provide water stations or at least throw in a couple more bottle waters.

The layout is boring and pretty much the same thing through out front and back.

For that early of a t time it be nice to have some one at least there to sell Gatorade’s the cart guys give you two water and we played 16 holes by the time we saw the cart girl… there should be more water stations if there no beverage cart till 8:30/9am when we start at 5:15am.

Staff at arrival and pro shop Very Friendly.

Course is flat and fairly wide open. Large greens. For this time of year (summer in AZ) it was in pretty good shape.

Overall, a fair value for what I paid.

Phoenix summer golf favor of mine. They keep it in good condition and is very affordable for summer golf.

They really need to add drinking water stations on the course. There is absolutely no drinking water on the front or back

Teed off at 11am and then replayed and finished at right before 7:30pm.Staff is great and they made a good day a great day! Great shape and fun course

This was the first time that I played there in 10+ years. The course was in good condition. Some dead spots on the greens and fairway. This course IS NOT for beginners. It has a few split fairways and if you miss 5 yards wide off the fairways, your ball will be lost 95% of the time. The clubhouse was really nice and all of the staff were very polite and friendly.

First time playing. Will definitely play there again.

I had not played Dove Valley in many years. I bought a two person tee time on GolfNow and it was $135 per player. I did not feel that this was worth that much money. The back line was considerably tougher because it was target golf. The round was very slow and pace of play was horrible. At that price, there are many other courses in the valley that would be a much better value.

My only problem is that if you hit into the traps(as I did) be prepared to chip it out like you’re in the desert. All gravel! For the money, I would expect better. Loved the course, fairways and greens.
