About
Nestled at the base of the Superstition Mountains, Mountainbrook Golf Club offers a player-friendly course with beautiful views of mountains and desert hills. Given its location, the golf course is mostly flat, making it a nice walk. The layout combines that of a desert course and a mountain course for an interesting variety of holes and challenges. The fairways are relatively wide and some are lined with trees and the fairly large greens are sloped and fast. Sand bunkers are situated throughout the course and two lakes create water hazards that come into play on the back nine. Mountainbrook Golf Club's signature hole is the par-5 16th, which has a dogleg left fairway and a green that is well guarded by bunkers and mounding.

Good Course
Fairways a little rough and over grown. Greens rolled smooth and true.
Just a nice course in 90% condition , no complaints . Nice people at every station , pro shop , restaurant and cart staff .
Course is Looking Nice
Played in 4 hours flat and the course was in very good shape, especially for summer. Greens rolled smooth and were very fast but receptive to shots. Tees and fairways were also pretty good. Course is fun and creative and if your game is struggling it will eat you up. Traps were normal AZ traps, a little hard or wet but decent for summer. Always like this course
Fun track!
This place isn’t the fanciest in the desert but it was a fun little course, greens rolled nice! Nice views of the mountain!
Worth the price
Greens were a bit shaggy and slow and a number of muddy spots or patchy grass even in the middle of fairways. Course was fairly green, especially for August. Was able to get on for a very reasonable price though. Not disappointed.

Played this course for the first time, course was in good condition for summertime - I will definitely play again
Mountain Brook for the win!
I got a Hot Deal at 10:37 and gave it a try. Considering the weather conditions, amazing value and the course was in surprisingly great shape. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Played as a single in less than 3 hours, which was fabulous.
It is what it is
This course was under construction and we had a 5 min wait on the 1st 12 tee boxes. They started 20 min behind and the traps were either filled with so much sand your ball sank or virtually none at all. You could land the green from a 75 ft apex and bounce off the greens. We have played here 8 times and each time it gets a little worse for whatever reason.
