About
The Palmer Course at Wildfire Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and built in 1997. The par-72 golf course measures 7,145 yards from the tournament tees. "I enjoy designing golf courses that celebrate the sheer fun of golf," Palmer said about this course, "and Wildfire is exactly that."
The Bermuda grass Palmer Course at Wildfire Golf Club is one of two championship courses at the club. It features a GPS option that offers golfers detailed mapping of the Faldo and Palmer courses, precise yardages for tee shots and approach shots to the greens, and the chance to order breakfast and lunch from the golf cart. Additional features include communication with the golf shop, a CBS Sportsline ticker with all scores 24 hours a day, and the leader board for tournaments. Its sibling, the Faldo golf course, also features the system.

Great course conditions but...
When I pay this much for a round of golf, I expect a little better customer service. No bag drop, no help getting clubs in or off carts.
Pace of play was poor but course was great. Great practice facilities.
Get a better rate before you play this course.
Beautiful course but rude staff
Got kicked out of the pro shop due to alarms going off all day. Had to come back with my son the next day and staff was rude and not helpful! Treated like a second class citizen.
Worth a Replay
Course was in great condition.
Pace of play was excellent. Tee times were spaced out to eliminate any waiting time.
Will definitely be back.
Only complaint was cart GPS was not entirely accurate regarding distance to pin. On a few holes it was 5-7 yards short of actual (confirmed with rangefinder).
Great course
It was fun playing on this course. It is challenging and full of opportunities too. The course was great condition despite the hot weather. Will do it again.
Great track
Really nice place. Very friendly staff. Course was in excellent shape. It was somewhat challenging but not too much for vacation golf.

Good but not great
This course is nice. It's not one of the nicer public courses, but it's still fun. Only two items that we had an issue with, was 1) no cart girl after 2:30pm...in BUSY season, which makes no sense since our tee time was 1:50pm. And 2) pace of play was not enforced. There was one slow group that was causing us to wait about 4 to 5 minutes between EACH SHOT. The response from the club house was that we were still under expected pace. However, the whole course was moving faster than normal pace except for this group, so having them play faster would have meant more enjoyment for everybody.
Boring course
Not that impressed. Parking 29$ on top of the 109$ round. A lot of holes were boring. Green was slow and bumpy with rocks and dirt. If you’d happen to get into the restricted areas; prepare to be locked up for at least 10 mins.
