Nice layout, friendly course.

Not much water to contend with.

Super fast greens…

Only issue was “groups of 5 golfers” playing several balls off tee, played slow and held up the entire afternoon.

Didn’t know they allowed that….

Where were the course rangers…

Clubhouse was closed when we finished our round.

Enjoyed the nice weather, however groups of 5 and slow play.

Played here twice in a week. Really easy to get a tee time and pace was excellent. GPS on buggy’s like many courses in the area needs water . Coming from uk we have plenty . Layout ion front 9 is a bit up and down but back 9 it alive. Stayed on the house homes years ago and the course looks like it is trying to repair. Clubhouse feels very old. Good hours if you can get a good rate

This was a fantastic course. Fairways and greens were in good shape. Every one of the staff we met were extremely friendly.

65-75 dollars for this course is outrageous. You can play ChampionsGate Country Club for 45 right now and it's in much better condition and the carts have gps-Providence Country Club also offers a much better value. This course is worth 40 max, it's a decent value at that price.

I’ve played here for years as a snowbird. I was disappointed in the course condition. Greens are very difficult bro read.

I always enjoy playing this course. Lots of elevation changes. Greens are in great shape. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll definitely play it again.

I was in town for a work conference and was excited to play this course. I had played at Southern Dunes the day before and was so impressed with the golf course, the amenities and the friendly staff..

It was quite the opposite at Highlands Reserve. The course was not in good shape. The fairways and collars around the greens were ratty and unappealing. I kept looking for the ground under repair marks- it was that bad. At the turn the food staff was very slow and then said the cc machine was down, so it was cash only. One of my playing partners noted that she ultimately gave away food to the guy in front of him in line. This delay caused us to be delayed teeing off on #10.

All in all, it was not worth playing here. I will not be back and will gladly pay the extra $20 to play Southern Dunes again rather than play here again.

Pretty disappointed with this course. For what they charge, the conditions were nowhere near worth it — fairways & t-boxes were rough and thin with lack of grass and several bunkers looked like they hadn’t been touched in weeks. The greens were decent but hairy. I saw the good reviews and figured I’d give it a try, but honestly, I’m not sure what those people were thinking. Definitely not worth it.

I am blown away with the reviews as the course was in poor conditions. I chose to come back based on the reviews and was disappointed. The greens were ok but the fairways had little grass to no grass with lots of weeds. I played Southern Dunes the day before and it was in immaculate condition for $20.00 more. I was embarrassed as I brought clients here.

Played this course a year ago and it was in good condition from tee to green. Played last week and the greens were fine, a little hairy but the fairways didn’t have much grass. Each time your ball would hit the fairway it had mud on it. Once you get off the fairways then it’s real bad with weeds. Reason we played it again is because of the reviews which not sure why they say it’s in great condition as it’s definitely not. Even the guys in my group were saying we won’t play here again. Also not worth the price of $60.

LETTING TEAMS OF 5 IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE PACE OF THE GAME

I live in Apopka and Highlands Reserve is definitely worth the trip. Very friendly staff. Challenging course but fair. Course in good shape.
