Great Course
Although some holes they’re doing repair, but still it’s a great course and in good condition. No waiting on a Friday. Highly recommend

Good Course but a bit pricey for what you get
Penderbrook is a good course but with some holes that require careful positioning. It’s in the process of some rebuilding so it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Nevertheless they maintain it to a competent level.

The course has gone through some renovations and have made the layout more enjoyable.

Solid course
Overall a good experience. Everyone we ran into on the course was friendly from the pro shop to the ranger who even helped us find a couple of our tee shots for us. A lot of areas were under repair which I guess shows they care about the course conditions and are working to make the course even nicer. Even with the repairs in progress I would play again and recommend it if you haven’t played here yet.

In good condition
The course was in good condition and worth the price for a Memorial Day tee time

The 18th hole is under repair
The course does not have a nice fairway, neither a decent green. And it is overpriced.

Surprising challenge for a short course
You will find a lot of wholes that look short in the scorecard that play longer because the dog legs on this course are well protected from corner cutting. Overall in decent shape for a local Muni. Greens roll fast and true even when punched. They do tend to be on the firm side. Only gripe is the 8th hole that causes quite the traffic jam. Women and short hitters seem to not be able to clear the water on their 2nd shot and are forced to lay up and still have trouble clearing the water. This creates quite the backup on the tee box. I'd recommend shortening up the white and red tee boxes and decreasing the forced carry length over the water to help take the kink out if the pace of play. Other than that I wish they had a driving range. Great course otherwise.
