Not worth the price
Course conditions were terrible. Every lie was a tight lie. No difference between fairway, rough or fringe. Additionally, I had to pay $11 for an extra cart because I did not want to ride with a stranger (I was a single) Pre Covid I understand, but we’re in a pandemic. I found that to be ridiculous. The food in the bar was great though.

With many golfers looking to get out, we are working very hard to maintain social distancing while accommodating everyone who visits our course. We are doing everything we can to allow our guests the chance to complete their rounds safely and finish in a reasonable amount of time. Fun day
They are working on bunkers and some areas of the course are under repair but still playable. Overall, challenging and fun golf course.

Super friendly and accommodating staff.Greens were in better condition than expected. Course improvement construction will make it even better when completed.

Course Under Renovation
It’s a mess! Constructions on many holes.

Pace wasn’t great but staff worked to correct it.
The pace was a bit slow but the course marshal figured out which group was lagging and told them they needed to speed it up and communicated it well to everyone stuck behind them. Condition was pretty good especially for winter, greens were a little hard but that’s to be expected when it’s sub 40.

Penderbrook golf course
The course was decent conditions for cold weather. There are alot better options available for the cost. Selected course because it was close to home. However for the price and pace of play it was not worth it. I could of traveled 20 minutes further out and finished the round faster.

As pace of play is very important to us at Penderbrook Golf Club, we recently installed Vantage Tag GPS Pace of Play monitoring system in every golf cart to help us better monitor pace and keep pace of play more enjoyable for everyone. Looking back at the data from your day of play and around your tee time, we could only find one group that was behind pace by 3 minutes, all others were either on time or slightly ahead of pace. Good value, great shape for the winter
Conditions were not good, about 45 with a 15-20mph wind blowing constantly making the windchill about 36. Course is in really good shape for winter conditions, green firm and reasonably quick for a public course. They are working on bunkers in phases, so the back 9 all bunkers are considered "ground under repair" and in some cases, completely torn up. Part of making he course better. Course has never drained very well so despite minimal rainfall the past 3-4 days, still cart path only and hole 11 in particular (with the little pond) has always been REALLY bad. Pro shop attendant and bartender very friendly, and they even did a little happy hour at course close (5ish pm) with free food and discounted beers. Pretty neat deal for the offseason.
