Greens nice. good mid October round but it was slow.
Course was slow for the most part.. It was a good deal compared to other local courses. Narrow in spots but could play driver on many holes without problem. Did not complete round due to darkness.
Very nice course, challenging to the novice and intermediate golfer
This was our first time playing this course. On a Saturday afternoon in October, it took us four hours to get through 14 holes before it got too dark to play. The greens were in great shape, pin placement was tough. The bunkers were clean and well maintained. Fairways were kept well, rough was cut to a manageable level. Houses line many of the fairways. If you don't hit accurate drives, bring your checkbook. Would certainly golf here again, hopefully when less crowded.
It's a short drive to get there.
I go there frequently because it is so nearby. Friends and I almost always go there if the weather is uncertain. We don't want to drive 40 miles and not play.
if youre stuck in fairfax with no where else to go
shaggy greens and fairways. houses are too close to the course.pace of play is busy even midday on wed. quirky layout. short but crooked.
Remote and country scenery location, watch out for bugs.
Well maintained course in a remote country landscape. I Like it but pricey...
Good price but poor condition.
Tee box, fairways, and roughs were not well kept. Had lots of clay and dirt in the rough. The fairways and tee boxes were really beat up. Greens were well maintained. For the price, you get what you pay for.
