Sawgrass/Gleneagles at Waterford Golf Club

Nice course. Really enjoyed the round. Lots of updates. Greens were small but rolled pretty well. Real nice staff. Not cheap but it’s not too much more than other courses around. 3 nines.

Very nice course. We were instructed on 16 tee to be in at 5:45pm. We got to the parking lot at 5:50 pm. Unloading clubs and took carts to cart barn. Then got chewed out by the most rude person that had told us to be in at 5:45. Really, a few minutes after his dead line and he raises his voice telling us he will make sure it never happens again. He was really hateful.

We very much enjoyed playing this course. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional.

Nice course with penalty areas in place of OB. Fair use of water and trees to challenge your game on drives and approach shots. The course weaves between homes and the distance from hole to hole can be long, so a cart is recommended.

Course is very well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed playing. Play was a bit slow but we were a twosome.

I struggle to find really nice courses in this area that compare to what I am use to back in Michigan for the money. This course exceeded expectations. Loved the layout, the carts were great and the practice facility was nice. Looking forward to playing again hopefully.

Great little 27 hole course for the value. Would play this course again. Wonderful greens.

I like that no holes run parallel or adjacent to another hole. Conditions were pretty good, however This course is very confusing and you play every hole blind. No maps on the cart or scorecard. We used a GPS app but service was spotty and not accurate. Turnberry was straightforward and easy to play, sawgrass is extremely tight fairways, lots of water, and the out of bounds/tree lines are like 10 ft off the fairway so you must stay on the fairway to the green or you’re losing balls and taking drop penalties. Also houses back RIGHT up to the edge of fairways no fences just cages & landscaping eating your ball. Make sure to follow all signs when driving between holes very closely or you’ll end up at the wrong hole especially driving to sawgrass you have to go thru and entire neighborhood with a turnoff onto a small trail to get to #1.

Myself and my Friend from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 played this on Friday, this was our first time playing the course, we found the course in good condition and a great layout. We are on vacation staying on Siesta Key so will definitely be back to play….
