Calusa Lakes Golf Club

This was my first time here and it won’t be my last, Tee to green very good conditions and very nice staff. This course is typical Florida golf with homes everywhere but they are set off the course and in most cases not in harms way. There are some interesting holes with water in play or sharp dog legs, not a lot of forced carries either. They also have some nice par 3 holes, which weren’t ridiculously long. I didn’t have time to use the range but it appeared to be irons only. I paid 75 mid-week in the summer, it was the most expensive round of my trip but I thought it was a reasonable value considering the course conditions.

The greens here were in excellent shape and really held approach shots nicely. Carts need GPS.

This was a very nice track and the greens are in great shape! I will definitely be playing here again! This is one of the better value courses in the area.

fairways and greens in great shape.

It’s punch season so that took off a bit for me today but it easy to see a great conditioned track. Putts smooth and fair Tee to green no problem areas.

The fairways are looking good, given the lack of rain and the heat, and the greens are rolling true, but not to fast.

I’m a midwestern and miss my bent grass greens, and these are the best greens I’ve played in the area! The staff is also great! Good layout with tee options to accommodate your skill level.

Wonderful course, in great condition. Friendly welcome from staff and easy to follow course layout. Will definitely return.

This place was in great shape for the lack of rain.
