Nice Course
Calusa Lakes is definitely a gem, best greens I’ve played all year, however I recommend staying below the hole as most greens are downhill. Staff was great, fairway’s were in great shape, and my guests really enjoyed the course.
One of the best
Great course in excellent conditions. Greens were very fast but immaculate. Stay below the hole!
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and runs a very efficient operation. Nice driving range with fair pricing for practice balls. No GPS on carts so bring your course app. Fun, interesting course with plenty of alligators for photos. Probably my favorite course to play but at $140 prime time it is pricey but not too out of line with others in the area.
Excellent condition BUT Pace of play was Not Good!!
I really enjoyed tbe course layout and it was in excellent condition. However, the first 9 holes took 2:40 to play. In addition, we never saw a course ranger the entire day. We started at 2 pm and luckily pretty much all of the groups in front of us quit after 9 holes. We played the back 9 in 1:40 and finished just before dark. I would play again but they defintely need to address the pace of play and how they stack the tee times.
Beautiful golf course. Great condition.
The course was in great shape with fabulous greens. The layout was challenging but not ridiculous. Bunkers were in great shape. A little pricey, but really a gem!
Course in Good Condition, Greens are Great
First time playing the course is almost a year and it is in very good condition. The greens are in great shape. It’s hard to say it’s a value at $140, but compared to other courses, it is a good value.

Great staff! Tee boxes, fairways decent. Greens true and somewhat quick.This will continue to be on our list!
Great Track
Enjoyed the course very much. Greens are perfect. Layout is excellent. Only negative is that the fairways are a bit “lumpy” where you get bad lies from time to time - just play winter rules in the fairway. Will be back.
Course Ranger
Florida resident, try to play this course twice a month. Love the course, staff, and food. Unfortunately waited on every shot on every hole. Group in front of us had open holes. Was hoping g a ranger would show up.

Nice course. Backed up all the way. Course should have fewer players so golfers aren’t on top of each other.

Great course great staff. Must have seen a ranger 4 times as they were out checking all day. I will be back.
Simply the Best
Can’t say enough about the quality of this golf course! Superintendent needs a great deal of credit for the maintaining of fantastic facilities. Kudos to all involved..It’s a pleasure to play golf at Calusa Golf Course.
