Greens medium pace & hilly. Different types of grasses on greens. Rough around greens in poor condition. Deep, tough sand traps around green w/ uncut rough surrounding traps. Fairways okay, wet & sparse in some areas. Tee boxes needed attention. However, I liked the layout. There were quite a few unique holes. Carts weren't new but in good shape. Had some great deals directly through course that last summer. I'll miss this course. It's a shame it closed.
