3rd hole, par-4, 363 yards, blue tees: Perhaps the signature hole and the #1 index, this hole’s green is amply defended by water. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/22/2025

8th hole, par-4, 277: Playing uphill from tee to green, this hole puts up a stern defense against being driven. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/22/2025

11th hole, 85: A hole of average difficulty, this par-3 hole supplies a stunning view into the distance. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/22/2025

Eighteen, a short par-4 of 328, is a fine drive-and-pitch finisher. The fairway is rumpled, and reminds me of some closing British holes I’ve played. . Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 02/22/2025

Great course perfect day Photo submitted by SHASHI60 on 02/05/2019
Pace of Play is AWFUL
Attempted to play yesterday morning. Booked a tee time in advance. On first tee 5 groups were stacked up behind us, when we got to the second tee box there were 3 groups waiting. Took 3.5 hours to play 9 holes, so we left after 9. Would strongly recommend staying away if you don’t want to spend the entire day out for 18 holes.
SLOW
I should have paid attention to other reviews complaining about the pace of play. 3 to 4 groups on every hole. I and the other single they paired me with left after nine. I know courses have a lot of expenses and the only way to pay them is with green fees. But shoving as many players on your course as possible makes for a unbearable round for your guests. So if you don't mind a 5-1/2 to 6 hour round head on over. You will not see me there again.
Enjoyed it
Has some elevation changes, greens were in good shape and played faster than your typical public course. Really enjoyed it.
The course is fantastic
The course is great , the cart girl we saw twice and never came over to our group and they ran out of carts the biggest issue is the pace of play they need a marshal out on the course the first 5 holes are terrible to get through the first hole we waited through 3 groups and when we get to hole 3 it bottle necked we still had 2 groups in front of us thats my biggest complaint they need to have a marshal out on the first 5 holes especially and keep things moving also possibly start people on the back nine first that would be good other than these things I will come back
Great play
Great layout, challenging but fair large smooth greens. Kind and courteous staff
Challenging layout - Good value
Course is improving. Greens were good, as always.
Enjoyed the people I was paired with. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Thanks
Fun day for a low round of golf
Greens are in very nice condition. Course has been taken very good care of. Thanks to everyone involved with making this course a comeback after Hurricane Milton. New owners are aplomb.
Decent course but not worth the prime price,,
This course is in nice shape. The price is too high for comparable courses you can play toward Avon Park and Seabring even for the prime months. On this day the pace of play was the worst my group have experienced ANYWHERE!!!! Tee times were at least a half hour behind and at least two groups waiting on every tee. We saw the cart girl at least 4 times but not a SINGLE ranger ALL DAY to get the pace of play moving. This is how bad it was. We waited 35 minutes to go from the ninth green to the tenth tee box. We hit more balls on the range and went back to the putting green to wait our turn to tee off on ten. Over five and a half hours to play made this a VERY disappointing stop.
Nice facility - Pace of play horrific
Very nice staff, driving range , chipping green and putting green. Unfortunately they apparently don’t know how to run the course. We teed off at 1:20 and finished 9 at 4:10. You can do the math. Least enjoyable round of golf I have played this year. We left after because waiting 25-30 minutes on almost every tee box is not golf. Will probably try it again on a weekday
Excellent Golf Day
Great time with friends at a great wonderful course!
Very good course.
My dad and I play a little golf together and tried Huntington Hills for the first time today. Great layout and very challenging. We matched up with a single golfer on hole 7, who was a wealth of local knowledge and made the round so much better. Hiding the green behind a group of trees on 17 is very sneaky!,, I used our playing partners local knowledge and dropped my tee shot a couple from the hole.
Fun Course, great condition
I played Huntington Hills on 9/21 and had a great experience. This was my second time playing the course; tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in great condition. To be fair, the greens are among the best in the area. Management and superintendent are doing a fantastic job. Clubhouse has a great selection of merchandise, and friendly staff. Looking forward to playing again soon. Can get pricey during peak season / prime tee times, but the experience is a good value for the money.
