North at Antelope Hills Golf Course
About
The North Course is as different as can be from its sister, offering a tighter, more traditional layout. The greens are known locally for their speed, but it is the Elm trees -- some standing as tall as 50 feet -- that are likely to capture the attention of the first-time Prescott golfer.

good times
The course is in great condition. The greens bite which is not normal for courses in the valley. The weather is great.
Cost
staff friendly . Great breakfast. grounds are decent .25 dollar golf course.
Golfing in January
Any time I can play golf in January in the northern part of the state, it's a great day. Course was in pretty good conditions in light of it being in the middle of winter.
GREAT VALUE
Played in January on a beautiful day ~ 60 degrees. Course was in great shape for winter time. Greens were in great shape. Course is challenging, with many 400+ yd. par 4's. Good layout. will definitely play again. Course was very busy, but finished round in 3 1/2 hours. Overall a very positive experience.
Fun to play
Challenging and I would return ! The greens were in very good shape and very fast.
Play it Forward
This course needs a shorter set of tees that seniors can play without having to play the reds. Perhaps a set of combo tees. Too many par 4's over 420 yds long, always driver 3wood and not many GIR's.
playing the north at antelope hills in prescott,az.
the course is one of my favorite places to play in arizona. A challenging parkland type course with course knowledge a must in regards to placement of approach shots. the greens were slick and anything above the hole require great caution.
North course
Course was in excellent condition greens were smooth and fast. Fairways were green and full of grass
Great Course
Great condition...nice fairways and greens. Some long par fours make it challenging. Nice views of mountains...very enjoyable.
Great place.
The course was in great shape. Nice escape from the Valley. People in the restaurant and bar are friendly and serve is great and timely. Check-in could be more welcoming and friendly!!
trip
Well worth the drive up from East Mesa. Played both courses and stayed at a local Inn
review
Course is in good condition. Play was slow because the course was full. It has some long par 4's that are a challenge for a 16 handicap golfer who does not hit the ball very far.
classic
Good park style course. Not too hard if you stay out of trees. Stayed for prime rib on Saturday, worth it.
Reminded me of the mid-west
This course was nice, but very unlike the normal AZ desert courses. Good fairways and greens. Some very long par 4's. Definitely one to play in that area.
Great conditions and good value
Always a fun course to play and a great change of pace from valley courses. The course was in perfect condition.
We just picked the wrong day
The day we played the wind was about 20-30 mph with gusts to 50! Needless to say, we didn't score in these conditions. The course is in GREAT shape.
Fast greens yet soft enough to be receptive to shots...even the low punches that we had to hit all day. The bunkers have sand in them, not the hardpan that some AZ courses pass off as 'bunkers'.
There wasn't any rough that was unplayable but if you get offline here you will have tree issues that require threading the needle or pitch out to safety.
I would recommend to anyone that wants to get out of the valley heat, play Antelope Hills.
Great Conditions
Great conditions for the North course today. Fairways and greens are excellent. Rough is a little rough and bumpy. Nice to be here in such great weather. This course should be played by everyone. A little long and ladies do not get a great advantage.
