Range could use some work as long as the bunkers could also but other than that it was awesome

Course in good shape except for bunkers that were mostly rocks making them unplayable

From Tucson, < 45 minutes. A fresh challenge from the normal Tucson Munis. We couldn't keep up with the group ahead 'cause most these folks are regulars and know the course. Course in great condition because they don't scalp & overseed. Shop staff felt shorted since we got such a good deal on GP+; the starter was kind enough to release us a few minutes early but the same time pair caught up to us. Great price for the 'shoulder season'. I was surprised to play the back 9 better than the front 9 which is not my norm here. Fun either way.

Your bunkers need improvement

Recommend growing grass in them or put 10 tons of sand

Best layout in Green Valley. Trap conditions are always the biggest drawback. Toss up between San Ignacio and the Ranch.

I have never left a review, but I felt this was needed.

I arrived 30 minutes early, purchased my small bucket of range balls, I was told to tee off after just 5 minutes of arriving at the range. They explained I would be alone and the course was wide open.

I reached third hole and caught three groups of 5 in front of me. One group was leaving the green one group had just teed off and one group of 5 was waiting to tee off. I waited 35 minutes to tee off, this was the entire round till the 16th hole. I never saw a ranger the entire round. I did speak to two members that explained, this is a normal thing at least three times a week, this was completely unacceptable. Now I did speak with the golf shop employee who explained I would be getting a call by the end of the day, and… I never got a call, but that does not surprise me. This is the last time I spend my money at this golf course.

For this time of year and just prior to fall aerification, this course is in excellent condition. The greens are a bit long but pretty sure it's because of the intense heat and wanting to keep them healthy. For the most part, the fairways are in great shape. Best in Green Valley right now!

We have played this course several times before and my wife and I, visiting from the UK, had probably our best rounds yesterday. The course was much softer than usual and much more receptive. The weather was very hot but we survived and enjoyed our day out.

Slow play and bad bunkers. That is all you'll get here.

Happily surprised at the condition of the course. The greens are holding up fairly well considering the heat and lack of rain. Fairways are also doing ok. Get an early tee time and the heat is not an issue.

Only issues was price, not at the $45 price point. No bunkers to speak of, basically tilled dirt. As for staff, EVERYONE is polite and kind EXCEPT the lady at the register. Rude and didn’t want to sell me range balls because SHE didn’t think w head time to hit them before our tee time even though we were 25 minutes early. Not very nice.

Would still recommend and play there again. Was happily surprised as mentioned above.

Little dry here and there but it is 105°. Anyhow, always a fun course.

there was a tournament that was very large and ran long. tee times were 1 hour late for hot deal tee times only. canoa caredl little for hot deal people and tee times. it was 105 degrees and the tournament used up water on course and canoa did not replace. nothing worse than tee times an hour late in 105 degrees heat. 5 hour round.
