Robson Ranch
We went to Robson for a couple reasons … play golf & check the community.
Robson’s is an hour south of Scottsdale. The course was in great shape. Wide fairways with plenty of desert gravel to keep errant balls in play. Clubhouse looked great, lots of really good pickle ball courts; with additional courts being built. Homes and villas seemed very affordable … possibly a must see for snowbirds.
We played with a couple members who were gracious enough to share some birdie juice! Thanks fellas!

Plain
Not much character…fairways medium at best…I’m a non smoker and they paired me with a smoker and would not give me my own cart that alone will keep me from returning

Robson Ranch
Robson Ranch is a great course, fairways were covered with a green vegetable oil vs overseeding; didn’t notice any difference.
Greens rolled perfectly, lots of room for a wandering drive.

Enjoyed the round
The course was dry and in in good shape. The greens were quick. It was windy on our day and this affected the ball flight up to two clubs. Easy to find and the staff were very nice. We will return to play again.

not impressed with the course Marshall
I always enjoy playing Robson Ranch. The course is in good shape although the greens are pretty firm and its hard to stop a ball. My only complaint was the Marshall. Due to the wind several groups cancelled. When we got there I spoke with the starter who said the course was "wide open" and we could go anytime. My wife and I hit a large bucket of balls to warm up and never saw anybody leave the first tee. While on the course the Marshall came by and told us to speed up and catch the group in front of us. Long story short. When we did get up to the group in front of us to our amazement it was a twosome, each with their own private cart! Obviously no communication between the starter and the Marshall. Hard for a foursome to catch two guys in their own carts. Really. Some one needs a lesson on Marshalling!

Too Slow
Not impressed for the cost. And the group in front of us actually were involved in golf lessons. Way to slow and the fairway are not much better than the rough for being green Greens were in good shape

Rated a 4 star , got to Our Rental house here in phoneix Jan 1qth so my first time here this winter played several times last year , thought fairway was not quite as ealthy this time compared to most fairway g greens courses we've played which is surprising considering the amount of rains they've had this winter ????

Great Course needs Bev Cart
Good tee boxes, fairways, greens, traps really needs a bev cart! They make thousands!

Dry
Easy to find easy check in, some new carts, water bucket for towels, water on course for us, ice too, sand bottles filled, new carts have quire nice seats, tees good, fairways dry and divots just shred, they are painted, roughs dry as well, lots of roll, greens brown and dry, hard and just roll and roll, can’t fix ball marks since so dry, bunkers with at least some sand, windy and cold and played in 4 1/2,, hope they at least do some watering some time, we like to play here

Course layout good, greens hard and would not hold ball, had a 45min frost delay. Would go back.
