About
The golf course at the Twisted Dune Golf Club is a public, 18-hole course that is reminiscent of traditional Scottish courses. Located right on the Jersey Shore, Twisted Dune Golf Club is popular for it's beautiful views and challenging game. The deep ravines and grassy hills provide picturesque scenery and they also create interesting hazards for a good game.
Twisted Dune Golf Club lives up to his name with its twisting links-style layout, elevation changes, and rolling fairways. The golf course has par-5 holes that stretch over 500 yards as well as several par-4's and par-3's. The course also has wide fairways and large greens of bent grass.

Twisted Dune
The course has a good layout. The greens were fast and overall the course was fair but tough.
Twisted Dunes for the win!
Friendly staff, great layout and good course conditions. Best value near AC no liquor license so BYOB.
Love the Course
Starting on a postive. The course is challenging, beautiful and fun, the ranger was very friendly and empathetic. Now the not so positive- my husband and I were 'paired' with a 3some. Never has this happened to us. It made the pace very slow. 2 Groups ahead of us were also a group of 5. I dont know if all were playing golf, but they were having a good time. There were 2somes all over so they were hitting right up on us . Disappointed to pay SO much and have that happen.

The sand trip was load with pebbles that made their way to the greens.
Rainy day golf
Between the rain Showers/Storms- we had a great time as always here. Coursed drained the water (a lot of it) very well and quickly.
Course is in great shape as well.
A favorite
One of my favorite courses. I only gave it 4 stars for amenities because the bathrooms were out of order all day and only 1 ports potty for everyone. That was not good.
The course it’s self , beautiful challenging , fun and has great layout . Beach vibe .
Many unrepaired fairway divots. Bunkers mostly hard pan with lots of gravel. Greens were good. Lots of players. Waited awhile for every shot. Quit after finishing no 12
A war zone
Wonderful people, returned 2 rangefinders!
It was like a was zone out on the course, lawnmowers, blowers pulled, blowers held, fairway cut, rough cut, greens cut, why not get ahead of the players as they do in FL.
We lost the battle. Too many mowers and motors.
Great golf and great day
The course is in very good condition. Tee boxes, fairways very nice. The greens were a little bumpy, and seemed to have some mixed grasses. We had some rain the week before and the day before we played, so perhaps they did not cut them, but they were still good.
The staff was exceptional as we started the round CPO. But I think it was the 5th hole a ranger rode past and informed us we could now drive in the fairways.
We were paired with another twosome who had never played the course and they loved it and said they would return.
We finished in about 4:15 minutes which was a good pace of play, considering we started CPO.
I didn't understand why we had only a twosome behind us and they had to wait, but there was a twosome behind them and they should have paired up, as we had 3 foursomes ( a group of 12) in front of us).
Excellent weather, great course conditions and great people made it a very enjoyable day..
Painfully slow
Played at 7:30 am, took 4.5 hours to play 13 holes and left. Rangers had no interest in speeding up the play. Greens were brown, bunkers were clay. Definitely not worth $105
course she was in great shape and we moved along very nicely with no back ups. Had a great time. Look forward to next time we play.
