About
The golf course at the Twisted Dune Golf Club is a public, 18-hole course that is reminiscent of traditional Scottish courses. Located right on the Jersey Shore, Twisted Dune Golf Club is popular for it's beautiful views and challenging game. The deep ravines and grassy hills provide picturesque scenery and they also create interesting hazards for a good game.
Twisted Dune Golf Club lives up to his name with its twisting links-style layout, elevation changes, and rolling fairways. The golf course has par-5 holes that stretch over 500 yards as well as several par-4's and par-3's. The course also has wide fairways and large greens of bent grass.

Expect A 5 Hour Round
Massively disappointed by the pace of play here. $110 and an hour of drive in each direction to wait 15 minutes between every shot. Not single group in particular was the issue, just WAY over booked considering the difficulty of the course. Not a course for drunk beginners and unfortunately that’s the crowd it attracts. Used to be my favorite shore course but has become a massive struggle to find the will to finish the round nowadays with the waiting. Bummer!!
Nice Course. Good Value.
First time playing Twisted Dune. Got paired up with another twosome. We were all about the same skill level so worked out well. Challenging course. Punishes you if youre off track with your shots. Not a huge amount of water to deal with. More woods and brush areas to lose your ball in. The tee boxes were recently punched and under maintenance, which was not ideal but fine. Only legit criticism would be the carts. They definitely need to be upgraded. Currently using old gasoline carts. Wasnt too confident it would make it through the round, but in the end it did get the job done. Regardless, fun day on a very pretty course.
Terrific cost-friendly course
Very friendly, plenty of challenges and you feel like you are in nature. Could use upgraded carts and a bit more foid options.
Atlantic City golf?
Twisted dune was a decent course for the price. Layout was really nice. Greens were in decent shape…but the course was definitely rough around the edges. Pace of play was pretty good for as busy as they were. We played in 4 hrs and 20 minutes. Not bad for a 4some with 1 beginner.
Great unique course in South Jersey
Twisted Dunes is a tremendous course and very unique for SJ. We had a great time and look forward to playing there again soon.
Course Needs Help.
We played or mini tournament last week and I had to leave a review. The course could be an amazing place. It’s just a completely beat up and abused course. The carts are a joke and falling apart and the tee boxes where a hot mess. The staff was a bit rude and temperamental and overall it was a terrible experience. Paying 120 on Friday for that course was a complete rip off. IMHO
Fabulous first time
This course was very nice. We only played the front nine but had a nice time. The folks that assisted us were super friendly.
