About
The golf course at the Colorado National Golf Club is an 18-hole, public course that is situated just 20 minutes north of Denver. Jay Morrish designed the formerly known as Vista Ridge golf course with a traditional links-style layout. The course covers 7,676 yards of golf from its longest tees and plays to a par of 72. Rolling fairways lined with native grasses and large, undulating greens make the golf course interesting, while beautiful views of snow-topped mountains provide pleasant scenery. The course has many bunkers as well as water hazards. Colorado National Golf Club also features five sets of tee boxes for golfers to work on a number of different handicaps.

Great Course!
Great course, great conditions for April! They’re doing work all over the course but it doesn’t affect play in any way. I’m very excited to see the end results of all the construction and grounds work.
Good Conditions
Course was great, for being a week before Christmas in Colorado.
Great course, hazards everywhere
Course was great. We played on Tuesday and had the place practically to ourselves. Challenging holes; if you can’t keep it in the fairway, you are in for a long day!
Too much for not enough
It is a pretty good course, but not for the cost.
Staff was a bit standoffish, also the bar staff was a bit ho-hum about service. just an overall disappointing experience for the cost.
Staff only seemed interested in members.
Tried talking and even joking with the clubhouse guys but they seemed to not want to give me the time of day, they seemed VERY stuck up. I’ve been playing golf for 25 years (90% of my life) and know what I’m doing. The rangers and cart girl were really nice and very respectful.
Slow
The second group in front of us hit at least 3 tee shots on the first tee and the starter said nothing to them. It only got slower from that point on. The marshal said he talked to the group but the pace didn’t pick up. Ended up quitting on the 15th.
Great course with nice amenities
Great course in good condition. Range and facilities are very nice. Stay is friendly. Must play
Hopefully sand traps will be completed soon.
Great course! I can't wait until all of the sand traps are finished!
Great Course for the Price
This is becoming my favorite course in the north metro area. Great value considering how nice this staff keeps the condition of this course.
Missing features
No ball washers anywhere on the course nor on the carts. Tee marker colors are difficult to read. People working on bunkers in the middle of the fairway, not just off to the sides. Very unsettling during play.
But a good layout overall and interesting course with beautiful views of the mountains.
