Marine Park Golf Course

The weather was hot with a breeze, par for a links course., wide open by the bay .I guess too hot for some, we playe a four hr round of good golf with a few hiccups , I had quads.

Burnt out in some spots but greens were well kept. Pace of play is absolutely dreadful. Not a single ranger to be seen

I play this course frequently and it is always in good shape. Has been slightly dried out this summer but was improved this week over last week. Greens are in great shape and are pretty quick. Sometimes the pin placements are overly difficult. Course is open but you can expect plenty of weird lies if you are not in the fairway. Generally play in 4.5 hours which is a lot better than can be said for other NYC courses.

The fairways were so burnt it was terrible to play on. Basically all dirt. The greens were ok and the tee boxes were ok. Wouldn’t recommend playing this course it is in very bad shape.

Greens were in great shape. Everything else was burnt. Pace of play was terrific at 6:30am.

Tee boxes and greens in good shape. Fairways need rain getting a bit burned...brown in many spots. Still very playable with extra run out on shots. Played afternoon round on a Wednesday in 90 plus degree heat so course was a little empty. As always very windy at this course.

overall great time. If was very hot and it will test your putting the greens are fast.

Overall layout of this course is pretty fun and takes a good bit of course management. Try to play with someone who is familiar, otherwise there are a few hole where you will be aiming at the wrong green.

Greens are in good shape and play fast and true.

Wind can be an issue, but that's like half the point of playing a links course

Pace of play was very good for a mid afternoon weekend round. Course is in need of rain some fairways a bit bare but playable. Tee boxes good and greens as always in great shape. Couple of holes on back nine being redesigned but very playable.

A wide open links type course, well maintained for a city course.

I liked this course. Just a bit dry on fairways. Greens were nice and a bit fast. Def coming back.

I play marine park a lot and the course is a bit dry / burnt more than usual on the fairways and rough right now. Greens are still in great shape as they have been recently.

My home course these days.. 10 minutes between tee times spaces groups out.. conditions are good,

Tee times are much better value than dyker or forest park, and much closer than bethpage. And no tolls to get there. they make a good burger at the grill.
