A little beat up
I’m guessing it’s the end of the season so fairways, greens and rough need some tending to.
Quality Course
At this stage of the summer, it's hard to find courses in good shape. All greens except one were in good to very good condition. Most fairways were in good to very good condition. Grass outside or short of fairways were in ok condition. Bunkers had no rakes and thus difficult to hit out of. Would find your ball burried in the sand. Pace of play was bad. Ended up playing a 4 hour 50 minute round. Value is there with it not being an expensive course that is in good condition. Would play here again.
One of the best in the City
Marine Park never disappoints when compared to other public courses in NYC. Given the current circumstances because of Covid-19, the course is in pretty decent shape. Pace of play, as always, is an issue. But we teed off right on time.
Marine Park Golf Course
With everything going on in the world they were able to reopen in good condition and quickly brought it up to great condition. Many of the local courses cannot come close to MPGC. The greens are in excellent shape and the fairways are in very good shape.
The staff and management did a great job under very difficult conditions
The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Obviously management knows how to hire!
Yes, they need new carts, and the cart paths are not in good shape but that is, considering the situation and in my opinion, no problem. The course is in great shape! everything else will fall in place. Thank you Marine Park!
Good course
Greens are good except a couple of holes that looked like they have been weathered. Overall, course is good, def recommend and will go back

Greens are good except a couple of holes. Fairways are good but rough needs a little cutting. Overall is a decent course and they have their stuff together with the rate of play and the whole covid thing. I will play there again.
Very fun course
Service was great - some great holes - nice breeze all day. Great day of golf!!!
Play Marine Park
The greens are in great shape and fast stay below the hole
The fairways were also in pretty good shape a few holes on the front nine have geese problems
The mosquitos were not bad
Enjoyable round
Considering prior storm, upkeep was above average in comparison to Staten Island courses (Price range is equal). pace was adequate. Mosquitoes still a problem. Greens well kept. Carts are cleaned. a few areas are still baron course spots.
Still in Good Shape
The course is in much better shape than other courses in the area. Pace of play is good. Enjoyed the round.
