Falkirk Estate & Country Club

I’m becoming a big fan of this course! It’s not easy by any means, but it’s in good shape and the staff are very friendly. Some tee boxes need work, but the fairways and most greens are good. I’ll be back!

The staff in the country club are extremely unfriendly, there was no starter, and there was no one to set us up when we got here for our tee time in the morning. We started 20 minutes late. It was a terrible experience.

This course is difficult to begin with. However, poor fairways and tee boxes, impossible to drive cart paths, no starter or rangers, in addition to the fact that there is a practice net vs. a range to warm-up with make this a very poor value.

Course was in awful condition, pace of play was worst I've ever seen. You wait 15 minutes to hit and there were groups of 5-6 people at times. Course was muddy despite no rain for a week and the greens had divots everywhere. Not worth it for this price

Excellent course. If you can par the 9th hole, you're a better golfer than me.

The course is ok if you get a good price. The greens are good. The signs are not good. Trying to figure out the next hole with little paint marks on the concrete. The cartpaths are mostly busted up. Have to drive slow or your golf clubs would come off the cart.not my choice to play here. Staff was very friendly. The place needs some serious updating.

I booked a tee time at 10 in the morning for 4:42 that evening. This course is relatively far from my home so the drive takes about 40 minutes. It turns out the course was closed that day, however, the lady at the pro shop did not give me a call to notify me until about 4:15, once I was almost halfway there.

Need more food choices and a cart person. Need to take the sand traps. They were like concrete, never raked. Tee boxes were so so but greens were in good shape. No driving range

No pin placement marks! Only red flags 🚩. Most of the sand traps were not raked. They were like hitting off concrete. Tee boxes in need of work. Greens over all were in good condition. Fairways were in good condition. No cart people, no food on the course. No driving range! Staff very pleasant.

Played here yesterday with my son. The cart paths were damaged, can give a healthy person backache. Carts don't slow down coming down the hill and make loud screeching noises while braking. Brakes did not work properly. Pace of play was a bit slow, didn't see any ranger asking people to move along. Course doesn't drain properly, fairways were soaked and getting ripped with a good stroke also. Holes had dirty water in them. Ordered food from cafeteria and hot dogs were stale.

Overall, I will most likely will not play at this course if I can find anywhere else to play at the last minute.

These greens are worse than any greens I have seen before. Before I played here my friend and I thought it couldn’t be that bad based on the reviews. The greens were poorly maintained and it was incredibly difficult to even try and hit a decent putt. I would recommend going somewhere else to play your round.

A really challenging course considering it’s rating. The greens need a lot of repair work, the ball washers are dry, the cart paths are a mess. But the staff, the pro, the food service staff are all just delightful and friendly.

It’s also seems a little like the Wild West with people jumping from one hole to another (I could be wrong) but people appear out of no where in front of me and then disappear on the next hole.

But all in all it’s my new golf home. I really enjoy playing there.

The greens suck and have moss growing on them, slow pace of play and the greens suck donkey kong.
