Pine Ridge Golf Club
About
Pine Ridge Golf Club was carved from pine forests in central Long Island. Located in Coram, the course's player-friendly layout is a popular choice for all skill levels. The narrow, tree-lined fairways demand accuracy and the greens are fast and can be hard to read but it's not an overly punishing golf course for high handicappers. The risk-reward opportunities will test your course management and strategic thinking skills. If played smartly, you could find yourself with a birdie, particularly on the two driveable par 4s on the front nine. Several bunkers lurk throughout and water comes into play occasionally as well. You'll also face several sharp doglegs, both left and right. In addition to the golf course, Pine Ridge also offers a practice facility that includes a driving range, putting green, and a large grass teeing area.

Course in horrible shape
The course is in very bad shape and the greens are the worst I’ve played this year . $71 dollars for the round and $23 for a cart are way overpriced for the condition this course is in. Could be a great course. Layout is interesting but conditions are the worst.
Course in terrible shape
Course was in just terrible shape. Not sure the greens have been watered the whole year. Will most certainly not go back
Disgrace
I have played this course before and it use to be beautiful. I could not believe the conditions the entire course was an absolute mess like they just gave up and didn’t hire a greens keeper. The fairway a were trashed the greens were trashed. Never playing there again
Course Cconditions
Pine Ridge is a challenging course with some narrow holes and is generally fun to play. The course conditions this weekend were pretty shoddy. They need to either start taking care of the greens or lower their price.
Challenging but fun!
Pine Ridge has all the challenges and finicky greens but it's always fun. Good value and the first two holes will humble you. Give it a try!
Crap
This course is in disrepair horrible shape not worth 20 around forget about the 80 day robbed me for.... Do not go there especially at that price
Not Worth the drive
You come out to long island from queens, you don't evict to play in course conditions WORSE than some of the overly booked places in nyc..
Fungus on greens? Crab grass everywhere? Not to mention, they punched the back 9 WHILE WE'RE PLAYING..
It's sad, because now I get why people say it USED to be a good track. Some scenic par 3s, some decent greens(rolled well despite the rain).. if I could upload the video of the green with BOTH fungus on it AND a leaking sprinkler head drenching the green and turning it partially into a pond I would..
Course not well mantained
I wanted to play golf the next day.And this was the only cost that had an early tea tiperiod.I know why because the course is not well maintained. The fairways hareas with no grass and the greens also had areas that were under repair. If you want to get out without making reservations Days in advance , it's an o k course to play , but Keep your expectations low.
Poor Course Conditions
For $101 dollars ($71 for walking + $30 for cart) I would expect better conditions. Greens were bare in spots, bunkers / fairways blended together. Cart paths bled into bunkers, it was really not well manicured.
Sticky hot summer day
I enjoyed playing golf at this course.
Every fairways and greens were well maintained but some holes were dead grass on the green.
I paid low amount of green fee by TeeOff. It was reasonable price they prepared on the site. It was hot sticky day while I was playing but it was enjoyable moment because no one was head of us. I should come back again when it would be little cool down.
Worst Course on Long Island
This is by far the worst course on Long Island. I haven’t played here in 3 years and now I remember why. The tee boxes and fairways are loaded with crab grass not to mention the bunkers are full of rocks and it looks like Godzilla walked through them. The price is astronomical compared to what condition the course is in. This course needs to get shut down and condominiums should be placed here. Awful experience.
