No clue how to manage time

Had to wait what felt life forever because of poor management of time. Instead of playing 18 I left after the 7th hole, I could wait upwards of 20+min at each tee box. No rangers pushing things along. You will not find myself, friends, or having me recommend this place for corporate outings. This is the second time this happened to me this year, I won’t be returning. The tee boxes I did see were in bad shape.

First light tee time...

Recovering from a serious hand injury, today was the first time out in 3 months so I was hesitant to get on the course. However, I always find this course a good one to work off the rust as it close by, nice staff and price appropriate. Banged out a first light 18 holes in 2 hours and was thrilled with the score given the injury. Always a good time out, if you are in the NYC area, give it a shot. lots of parking, strong customer service and lots of changes in terrain.

Wonderful golf course for the start of the golf season.

Great golf course. Beautiful views. Great carts. Well maintained. Beautiful weather this weekend. The staff is very friendly and manage the starts and group nicely.

There is no practice to prepare the game except the green practice so be prepared.

Holes are near each other so you often find balls from other holes landing on your fairway. Everyone is very friendly and courteous so that is fine.

We had a foursome in front of us and twosome behind us. Pace of play was fine and and we finished under 3hours. We would probably finish in 2h30 if no one was in front of us.

It is 5mins from Flushing, so mind blowing Chinese food for before and after game. Great double excuse to get out of New York.
