St. Germain Municipal Golf Club

2nd time in a week while on vacation. Amazing weather late in season. Sorry the restaurant and bar were closed both days we golfed.

Always enjoy playing here but I thought FALL rates should be in effect by late September. So not great value at this cost.

This is a wonderful course. Unfortunately the lady at the check in counter was terrible. I had forgotten my phone and she insisted on my confirmation # in front of my guests. I was so embarrassed and if some gentleman didn’t intervene, I don’t think she would have let us play. And it was prepaid in full!

This course was an unexpected pleasure. The layout is outstanding and the signature hole #5 requires a well placed drive.

Thoroughly enjoyable.

Great tight demanding course off the tee. I recommend using a club other than driver on the shorter holes. Wish I’d taken my own advice. You’ll most likely lose balls, but you will find some too. Course was in great shape. Beautifully maintained with excellent tee boxes. Some interesting unique holes. Near country club level golf course in my opinion.

Course was in excellent condition.

We love this course in the Wisconsin Northwoods. The people are super friendly, and the starter is very knowledgeable about the course - fun guy. The only suggestion I would make is that the restaurant provide the pro shop with accurate hours of operation. Needed to make a work call, confirmed that the restaurant would be open, and it wasn’t.

Other than that minor hiccup, everything was great … woman in the pro shop was delightful.

Very scenic, challenging, and well maintained.

Played on Labor Day so the bar and restaurant were closed, but know they are nice too.

A must play if your in the area.
