Tight Course
Like many Northwoods Courses, this was a pretty tight course through the woods. The cost I felt was high for the conditions but more for the pace of play. We were stuck behind 3 groups of 3 playing best ball and the round lasted over 5 hours. This course is very much target golf with many tee shots only needing about 200-225 yards, but if you miss the fairway your ball is gone in the woods. The greens held pretty well and were decently paced but pin placements were less than desired with man being on a slopes. We played with pin placement 4 that day and I'm sure others would have been easier to attack. Overall it was a challenging course but pace of play and lack of a ranger to speed things up would keep me from coming back.
Good shape
The course was in good shape even thought it gets a lot of play. The greens were quick, but not penal. Some of the pin placements were tricky. Identifying pin placements in the carts is a good addition.
Nice northwoods golf experience
Have played many of the courses in the area and enjoyed this course.

Great course
The course was in great condition and place of okay was good. The course is tough, tight fairways and long that need good shot placement.
This was one of the prettiest courses that we have played. Highly recommend.
Great North Woods Golf
We had a great mornings golf, course was excellent. Only suggestion would be that marshals need to address pace of play issues
Lovely track
Great track, very nice condition. Only drawback was that the back took 3 hours vs 2 for the front when the three groups ahead got a bit too wasted. A ranger would have been nice
