Fairways had thick Bermuda, going dormant, but great to play from. Photo submitted by mTTNqYkYWbhBo4Ci2qpK on 12/05/2022

Nice course not too far from Tally
I had a fun and relaxing round yesterday. The course was in good condition. Very hilly and challenging course. I would recommend.
Well worth it
Course was in really good shape overall. Sure there were some rough spots but nothing major. And yes the greens are on the slow side, but it beats other course that have burnt out greens. They were nice and very receptive to approach shots. For the most part course is pretty open. If you spray the ball you can find it, just have to punch out and take your medicine. Fairways were in great shape and I will play again.
Good Course
This was my second time playing this course. Wanted to get a round in while visiting family. The staff is very friendly. Due to extreme heat the course was empty so I played 18 holes in about 3 hours. The course was in good shape. The greens are really slow. I will definitely play this course each time I’m in town.
Course Review
I really enjoyed my time at the golf course yesterday. I played with three other golfers and we had a blast. We really enjoyed ourselves. It rained us out and we had to get a rain check. We are hoping to back today and finish the last nine holes. Nevertheless this golf course was ranked in the top ten of all golf courses in the state of Florida about 35 years ago. Since them it has gone through a couple of owners but I can tell you this, it really is looking good and it is very challenging. Great job the owners now, you are doing a magnificent job and keep up the good work.
Nice Course
A good course with some challenging holes. Course is in good condition. Greens in good shape, and they are slow.
Nice Course
I play this course about once a week. Nice course, greens are slow.
Worst course on golfnow
The greens aren’t worthy of being called greens. They are full of weeds and look like they’ve never been rolled. Not one green had anything close to a flat surface on it. I just kept laughing to keep from being angry. They have no business charging $40 a round for such awful conditions. On top of that, the course was inexplicably backed up. Didn’t seem like that many cars in the parking lot, and it turned out it was just slow play/bad etiquette causing the delay. Its a real shame because the course has a dramatic and what I imagine could be an amazing layout if the quality of the fairways and especially the greens weren’t so poor.
Great course
I loved this golf course, it was very beautiful, and I will definitely play here again, and would recommend to any of my friends. The only things I'd comment on would be - 1. Signs. This would be an easy improvement to help players navigate the course. I got lost a couple times. 2. The greens were in rough condition. I am attributing it to the time of year. But I would love to see the greens improved
Disappointing
The greens were unplayable. Every green was a mess of dead, dormant, sand. Other than the greens, the overall course conditions are okay but be prepared for an extreme ride of undulation on virtually every hole.
Great buffet in the clubhouse!
Still coming in, greens wet, sandy. Maybe better in late spring.
Excellent value for a good course. There was no problem walking this course because the so called elevation changes were not an issue.
Best value in the area
Quincy has always been a favorite of mine to play for the simplest of reasons; the layout, staff friendliness, food, and the value.
It's not the best conditionwise, but there are few courses in town with that much space and elevation changes for under $35/round.
READ THE FINE PRINT
The course was fine, I had last played there about 10 years ago, and the greens were in much better shape than they were at that time. However, I felt ripped off, the pre-paid tee-time did not make it clear that it was a walking rate. I was not aware that Golfnow even sold walking hot deal tee time rates, I assumed it was a riding rate and was wrong. I was required to pay an additional $25 when I got to the course for a cart. The course is extremely hilly, with long walks between the greens and tee boxes, you'll want the golf cart. Staff was unwilling to compromise, and offered nothing for the trouble of the lack of clarity when the tee time was made. Be careful when you book these tee times!
