Overall a good value if you want to play 9 holes. If they could pay more attention to the greens, encourage player to fix ball marks, and clean up the greens prior to early rounds, it could be outstanding.
Time consuming
Over booked and unorganized, I played 1 hole in 40 minutes. It was so backed up I left after waiting 20 more minutes to tee off at the second hole. I didn’t have time to spend 3.5 hours playing 9 holes of golf.
Bait and switch
Using golf now thought I was paying for a
round with a cart (as advertised) only to find out that the course does not allow cart payment thru Golf Now (an $11 extra charge)
Rained Entire Time but…
For a course that saw a constant downpour of rain the drainage of the course was on point. It held up under the conditions where I feel like other courses would have been under water. We were able to play our 9 holes without anyone in front or behind us it was a great time. Well done Fountain Hills.
Good value and above average layout
Great value and very interesting course layout. Pace of play was a bit slow.
Cow Pasture
This place is beyond a dump. It’s relatively cheap for a reason because a cow pasture is better taken care of. Said I wouldn’t go back because it was so bad a couple years ago but I went back and got same result. I wouldn’t go back for free!
Outstanding Park District Course
The course is in excellent condition. Fairways are well groomed and greens very well maintained. It’s a fairly long 9 hole course that presents enough of a challenge. Highly recommend it! Will definitely make it one of my top 9 hole picks!
One of the best 9 hole coursed in the state
