Slow and had golfers grabbing my ball assuming it was theres
Fairly chill if you don't mind a long as round and other golfers hitting your balls and rough was also so long I lost multiple balls I saw down and just could not find.
Nice people course needs some serious seeding and more sand but enjoy the course.
Good value
Good value for 18 holes. Challenging layout, with plenty of longer holes. Course conditions were ok although there were spots in the fairways that were spotty, and the bunkers didn’t have any rakes. Otherwise for the cost of 18 holes it was definitely a good value. Would play again.

My review of Joe Louis Golf Course is that it is very conveniently located fairly well maintained excellent service at affair Price
Sunday Round of golf after the rain.
Had a nice round. The only drawback was the sand trap were a little under water, due to the morning rain.
We appreciate the great review. Big changes coming soon to the bunkers at "The Champ"

Decent Round-more staff would be helpful
This feels like a very limited facility, with little to no ranger presence on the course. Would have been helpful managing a group that hit into us 2x.
Appreciate the review and the thoughts on getting around the course more. Pace of Play is a very important issue and we take it very seriously. We will do our best to make a bigger appearance on the course. Next time you are on the course I think you will see a vast improvement.

Bunkers were flooded, but considering the amount of rain we had in the last couple of days it was expected, but the course was not a few holes have puddles but other than that, it wasn’t car only
Bunker project coming to Joe Louis this season. We are really excited about the future of "The Champ"

I like JL golf course for the price point. The staff is cool & welcoming. The course conditions are fair/decent. I would recommend they install : place water stations across the course so golfers can stay hydrated and refill water bottles, etc. I’ll definitely play there several more times this season.

Slowest round of life
Played only 9 holes. Tee time was 820 didn’t tee off till 850. Staff acted like this was normal. Will not be back
