The fairways had no grass the greens were shaggy and poor condition I would not play there again the only good thing was the price . You get what you pay for

We are in a slight drought so the ponds are very low. They're unable to keep the fairways watered. They are pretty dried out and brown. The greens are OK but are struggling.

A little rough around the edges, this course is quite dry, and more like farmland. Though close to home and convenient, I’ll come back occasionally but prefer a nicer, well kept course

Course of roles below average not much grass on the fairways greens aren't bowed it's actually only a 12-hole course it would be much better value if they would allow you to play 18 perhaps play one of the six holes sides twice

Any day of golf is wonderful but this course is in very sad shape. Fairways more like sand or no grass, tee boxes hard to find!

Was 12 holes of waiting basically in a dessert. Hitting off of dirt most holes. We didn’t even finish 12 holes. We let one gentleman play through, got up to 10 and a couple just jumped in front of us. Not a fan of shared green. Layout of that hole doesn’t make any sense.

Women’s t-boxes, if you want to call them that, are a joke.

I want you to really listen to me here. This course is FANTASTIC. The greens are pristine. Tee boxes are maintained so well that I really felt like I was one of the first people to ever play the course. The surrounding are beautiful. The holes are challenging and fun to play. It has a neighborhood feel and you’ll run into friendly and respectful people that live on the course as you play. I am in town for a short while and will play here as often as I can!

Have played this course a number of times with my wife and others(12 holes is perfect for her). Condition is consistent, which is about all I can say for the course. Not good not bad, just consistent. The fact that I cannot use my Garmin Watch drives me nuts after the first few holes, it becomes a guessing game, this probably shouldn't bother me, but it does. Other than that it is an okay course and we will return.

We love the 12 hole option! 9 holes is not enough and 18 is too much.
