Challenging play out
Greens have patches of fungal?? Growth;
Need to improve
The greens need work
Again sone of the greens were bumby dry and needed work
Great course for value
The course was in good condition. The greens are tough, they are “turtle shells”. Have to bring your putting game.
Course Needs Help
I have lived in this area since 1/2021. This was the first course I ever played here. The greens were pristine fairways were decent. Something has happened since then. Each year the course gets rougher and rougher. The once pristine greens are a mess. They are bumpy, they have weed patches that are tough to put through. Areas are patches of dirt with the divot sand hoping they will grow. Some you can clearly see where the maintenance folks have mowed in soft areas leaving ruts. The tee boxes are hilly and bumpy. Making it difficult to get good setups. My opinion is they raise the price but little or no money is invested in the course except for typical maintenance. Plus the rangers are the course do little or nothing to monitor pace of place. They spend the time hunting for golf balls or parked doing whatever. There are some that do fill divots. They should be lifting ball marks that will stop the further deterioration of the greens
Just a shame
The condition of the greens is just terrible, don’t really object to them being crowned, it’s just another challenge. The greens have a lot of dead spots and very rough surface. A positive is the tees and fairways are improved. It’s such a shame because for an executive course it’s a great layout.
Needs improvement to green conditions
I like this course, but it still has problems getting the greens in okay condition. Many bare spot and intrusive grasses. The same areas are bare o as 3-5 years ago. Too bad as it is a nice layout surrounded by nice homes. Staff was very nice and price was low for early April.
Needs a little work
Nice course ! Just needs cart paths redone . Broken cement. Pretty layout. Needs flatter tee boxes. Otherwise, it’s decent. Like the rangers - friendly and helpful.
Good times, bad times
This course is reasonably priced, with ample tee times throughout the day. It has a nice layout of around 4500 yds, putting it in between an executive and full length course. With the drought in place the fairways are patchy in some areas, but the greens are in good shape. Speaking off the greens, that is the downside of playing this course. They are hard and crowned, so when you land the ball it bounces and then rolls off so you’re having to hit back on and hope to get it to stop or once again it rolls off. Whoever designed these greens needs to go back to school. So many people I’ve brought to this course have proclaimed they are never going to play this course again. It’s too bad, because the length, layout, and combinations of par 3’s and 4’s is ideal for an aging population. Oh well.
Has challenges
Greens are challenging;fast.
Need some repair of patches!
Seminole Lakes
I have played discord several times. I’ve brought a friend there for his first round at Seminole Lakes. He was impressed with the course set up and the condition of the greens. The pace of play was perfect… Two players in under three hours and 15 minutes. Would highly recommend playing Seminole Lakes.
Nice course for the money
This is a nice course overall and a good value.
The greens are very challenging. Expect a lot of. Putts. The staff is always friendly.
The pace of play is sometimes slow and the condition of the fairways is not great.
