Course is in great shape love the challenge lots of water bring extra balls

I think the course was in the low average condition greens were nice but the rest of the course was that good

We had a good time playing. We live on a similar course with only 2 par 4's. People are friendly and I will be back! There are some fun holes. Greens were in good shape

Arrived at the golf 10 minutes after making my tee time on Golfnow. When I walked in the staff already had my name on a printout. I was on the course prior to my tee time. The ranger checked on me several times during my round to make sure pace of play was satisfactory.

First off, I only dealt with the lady in the proshop and she was very nice, there was no Ranger, starter, cart lady or anyone else on the course for that matter, I played @1600hrs on a Wednesday, I had it all to my lonesome. Not actually knowing but I would think they put in new greens, they are firm and above average speed, to put it plainly, there in great shape like the rest of the course, the fairways and T boxes are all in great shape. If I want to be negative, the carts have no windshield and there are quite a few houses. This is an above average executive course, greens, fairways and T boxes wise and I've played a few in different states. The layout is just okay, no wow factor here. However I would recommend you giving the course a try, I was in the area for work and I'm glad I challenged Hamptons 18.

The course condition was excellent greens were good . Round the course at a good pace . Some tricky holes. Would recommend for a quick round

1:30 tee time for $12.84 thru Golfnow. Unfortunately, was not informed by Golfnow that front nine was closed for maintenance. This is an Similar to Deer Creek RV Golf & CC but in better condition. This Executive course has 7 Par 4's & the rest Par 3's. All the Par 4's are drivable but I played here to practice irons/approach shots & that's why I thought the price was great.That being said, this course is not for beginners. It is a tight course & some of the people I was placed with, hit trailer homes. I was astounded in how nice a shape the course is in. Tee boxes & fairways are plush. Greens are phenomenal, rolling true & fast. Better than some Championship course greens I've played on. Found out they replaced all the greens last year. Battery powered carts without windshield or rain cover in back. Has a nice practice putting & chipping greens, not much of a driving range but doable.

This course has the best greens and fairways that I have played on in this part of Florida. I have been in the area for seven weeks and played 5-6 times a week on different courses. The staff could not have been any friendlier. Great value for the money. Will be back again very soon.

We enjoyed our 9 holes. A LOT of water, so you will lose some balls unless you are above average. Kind of narrow, not a lot a margin for error. The greens were very good.

I use to frequent this course often but it has been some time since I last played. These folks sunk a bunch of $$$$ in the new greens with drainage. They are top of the class. No need to say more. Best short course experience out there in Central Florida!!! And the cost cannot be beat. Thanks Hamptons, I'll be back a lot more often.

Fun little course. Tough first time playing. Blind water bring lots of old balls. Great course for iron practice leave driver at home. Would be fun to play skins with 4 buddies. Will play again.

The facilities were top noch and the staff was great. The course was too short. all par 4's were driveable (265 or less) and most par 3's were pitching iron with too many of them 90 to 115 yds.
The fairways were good but the greens were the worst I have played on down heree.
