Great layout but pace of play is awful
Love the layout. This property was meant to have a golf course on it but, consistently the pace of play is bad. We waited on every shot through 6 holes. Get to 7 and there’s 5 groups including us on this hole. No ranger to keep pace up. It never improved until we got by a three some playing out of 2 bags, one guy in cowboy boots hitting multiple balls off tees. Course is in decent condition. Several greens have areas that have been resodded so I would imagine come spring time the transition will be tough. But it’s such a fun course.
Challenging as always!!
Course was in great shape, putting green unforgiving no gimmes there!! Have a great time every time I played this course.

Continues to improve
I’ve played this course off and on for about 3 years. Each time it seems better. The layout has always been interesting and challenging. The fairways and greens are approaching a high level.
The staff is very friendly and professional. Club has a clean and comfortable dining area.
I really like this course and recommend it.

Great course
One of my favorite courses here in Central Florida enjoyed playing very good shape greens were great will play again

Great course. Very nice shape. Pace great. 3.5 for a 4 some. Greens roll nice. Hard work is paying off. Construction areas. Growing up fast.

Great course, but did not comply with Covin19 restrictions.
I booked the round on Golfnow so I did not see the course web page. I booked the round for two players when I checked in, we were told that we were going to get paired up with two other players.
I explained that I did not want to because of Covin 19 and the starter told us if we wanted to play Twisted Oaks we would be paired up and needed to share a cart. He did finally agree to let us go out as a twosome but in the future we would get paired up. However while we were playing we noticed several other twosomes, I don't understand???
I apologize for any confusion, but your disappointment should be directed to GolfNow. You booked a Hot Deal time with them and they paired you with the other two players. We accommodated you by allowing you to play as a twosome. The other twosomes you are referring were GolfNow Hot Deal times that chose to ignore the rules. As for sharing carts the state of Florida removed the single rider restriction in May.

Perfect Day for Golf
This has always been my favorite course for years. We couldn't have had a better day to play. The course is in great shape. I do miss the trees that are presently being removed for houses.

Nice course - construction
This is a very nice course which we play a few times a year. The only reason that I did not rate it 5 stars is the construction - unexpected loud noises which can disrupt your game. Will be a long time before it is finished.

First of all they allowed tee times all the way up to 8:00 shotgun tournament. We were rushed to the first tee when our entire party wasn’t even there, so we told the tee time behind us they could go ahead. They didn’t allow that told two of us to start and were told the rest can catch up and start on 2 or 3. We went to stop at the turn to grab a snack were refused service they told us we didn’t have time to get something to eat and that we needed to get back on the course... if they had a tournament going out they need to block off tee times to allow a steady pace of play and allow customers to grab a snack if they’d like! Absolutely ridiculous the way we were talked to and treated won’t be back
We understand your frustration. There is some information missing from your comments that I believe need to be shared. Your starting time was 7:40. Your 1st player checked in at 7:30, the 2nd player checked in at 7:44 and the 3rd and 4th players checked in at 7:55. We tried our best accommodate your group by having 2 groups go in front of you. After those 2 groups there was not another option other than to have you start and have the late players catch up. As for the service at the turn your group was wanting to order lunch and loose your place on the golf course There are times of the day when arriving late for a starting time and having a sit down lunch at the turn can be accommodate but not a Saturday morning in season,.

Enjoy the course
Greens were spongy even in afternoon on fill sun & were inconsistantly very slow.

Nice improvements
Haven’t played here for awhile. Pleasantly surprised. Nice improvements to the course and pro shop. Pace of play was excellent. Course in good shape. Some fungus on greens, but over all in nice condition.

Great layout.
Loved the layout several blind shots that I’ll remember next time. A few greens a little rough but I could tell they have been improving them. Fun course
