Played this course 6 times already this year; first time I found the conditions particularly the t boxes less than fine and barely acceptable.
I know the grass is “changing” from rye to Bermuda and poanna effect but the t boxes were very ratty and chewed up.
Still luv this course and it’s definitely of high value w the staff very user friendly. Might give it a few weeks before playing again
The weather was good and the course in good condition.The greens need work.Pace of play good and the people I PLAYED with were good.I will definitely play again.

Barney
Decent track, greens are receptive and in reasonably good condition. Teeing areas need work and considerable improvement. Cart paths are in relatively poor condition and need repair. Overall value for the price was good.

Great Course
The course layout was great. The course can be challenging from the longer Tee positions. It was my first time playing the course, so my blind shots could have been better. Next time I will be prepared.

Best in area
Twisted oaks is in great shape. Smallish clubhouse is clean and welcoming. Most importantly they focus on providing a great golf course. This is tempered by the housing construction that is on going, but 5he course is in great shape compared to the local courses at citrus hills.

From start to finish awful service average golf course and very rude employees.

Good pace of play this time
Twisted Oaks is a very good layout but has a slow pace of play sometimes. This time the pace was good until the very last several holes. Had a great time.

Overall a very nice experience, however, the tee boxes need work, they are in very rough condition.
A very playable course. It would receive a much higher rating if the teeing areas were improved with grass instead of bare dirt.
