About
Boca Greens Country Club is like most Florida golf courses in that it has a rather flat landscape with plenty of water, but it stand out for its scenic views and challenging but player-friendly layout designed by Joe Lee. Water is a prominent presence throughout the course and there are also numerous strategically placed bunkers to contend with, but these difficult elements are nicely balanced by ample room off of the fairways. One of the trickier holes is the par-5 17th, which is almost completely surrounded by water. The layout has a few challenging holes but overall a range of skill levels can play the golf course. There are also five sets of tees to make it even more approachable. Boca Greens C.C. boasts an enjoyable and fair round that is one of the area's best values.

Condition
In the past the fairways were pretty good and there greens were cut short and well kept. Yesterday however many bald spots in fairways and the greens were not taken care of. Bald spots weeds and bumps. I was very surprised. Don’t think I’m going back to play there till lots of work have been done to correct thieve issues
Good Value for an average guy
I shoot in the high 90's with some forgiveness. For me the course is a good value. I was not hurried. At times I was all alone. No one in front or behind on a weekday.
Poor Condition/ Poor Etiquette
The course is in terrible condition.
Fairways non existent, all weeds ..greens below average.
Pace of play was fine until we caught, up with 2 different fivessomes on back to back holes.
Instead of stepping aside and letting us play the hole.. we had to go through. So we ended up playing 16 holes.
Staff argumentative when we told.
Save your money .. and play elsewhere.
Disappointed
I have played this course probably 20 times but not for years boy was I disappointed the greens and bad shape the fairways in bad shape in bad shape. No grass in the fairways really needs a lot of work now.
Oooof.
The cart boys acted like they were Gods gift to Earth. Would rather hit myself in the head w my 9 iron than play again. It was like putting on mars w all the craters and sand on the course. It should be illegal to charge what they do.
Need a lot of love
For the first game of a golf trip, but not antmore. Don’t pay more then $25-$30
Course conditions
This course has a beautiful layout. Ownership puts $0 into maintenance. The tee boxes are terrible. The fairways are dry with many spots bare. Cart paths are awful. Chipping around the greens is lousy due to condition and the greens are lousy. If ownership put some money into the course, they could have a special place and yes, it would take a lot of money.
Unplayable conditions
I hadn’t played this course in years, it used to be a top level course with a challenging layout and excellent conditions.
On Saturday the conditions were atrocious. Huge bare spots all over the fairways and very soft turf underneath. I couldn’t hit a decent shot other than off the tee most of the round and it just wasn’t fun at all.
I wouldn’t play the course for free in its current condition.
They need to start caring for me to return
Front nine is in embarrassing condition. Entire hole looks like a bunker with the real bunkers feeling like it’s beach sand with rocks and a concrete foundation.
This could be a great course
If ownership would just spend a little money on the course and cart paths, they could have a special course.
