Strabane Golf Club

I booked this course as my last round in Ireland before heading back to the US. It was not far from where I was staying and I got a good Hot Deal price. It was a rainy day so the umbrella was going up and down throughout the whole round. The course has plenty of challenge, but a fair test if you’re hitting it well. There are lots of hills so it’s a challenging walk. The staff was very friendly and the course was in good condition.

Played on Monday just after 2. Course is in first class condition. Full credit to the club and grounds men.

Nice club

Lots of cleaning needed. Haven't seen so much refuse laying around anywhere on the island.

Never saw so many divots anywhere.

No signs to next hole anywhere, needed a map to find next hole a few times.

Overall with a little more care a great place to play golf.

Outstanding course, high level difficulty, great scenery and very enjoyable. Even had an encounter with local wild life wee fox got very curious about our golf bags.

I have deliberately played this course now on a number of occasions during the past few months. The course is always in pristine condition, fairways are always immaculate, greens are always well maintained, grass on the greens well trimmed, great for smooth and consistent putting. My experience of this course is always the same, staff very accommodating, helpful, and friendly, clubhouse facilities first class, food superb , Overall great course with great facilities and great value for money. Physically demanding and challenging course, very enjoyable , highly recommend this course to anyone looking a challenge in beautiful surroundings.

Excellent value for money. Great parkland course in superb condition. Greens were pristine,as were fairways. We played during a period of wet weather over a few days and the course was still very playable. Well layed out course that has thoughtfully worked in its hills and slope,and it has some memorable holes. Shop was well stocked and staff very helpful and friendly. Also good pint in a friendly clubhouse,what's not to like. Definitely worth a visit🙂🏌‍♂️⛳️

I used to be a member here but haven't played in the course in 25 years so I was delighted to walk the fairways once again and introduce my son to this lovely parkland course.

The course was in fabulous condition and the weather was perfect, always a good but fair challenge and a nice mix of holes.

Very friendly staff which just reflects the Strabane community, if you are heading here for a game you will have a great day and will most probably want to return.
