perfect greens, less perfect fairway
In general the experience was nice, some long par 3 holes and some water obstacles excite the game, the greens are really good, faster than most public courses, I even had a feel that I was play PGA tour on the greens. On the other hand however, some parts of the fairways are less appealing, tight, solid with little grass, other than this ,there is little to complain about except that is it quite a drive from the city. Yet the flip side of the distance was that the course was quiet with a few very friendly players only.
Very good considering lots of rain previously
First time playing here and did enjoy it. The course layout is friendly, yet challenging. There is a definite advantage knowing the course as some holes you are hitting to a target you cannot see, and the water obstacles are not seen either. Overall, enjoyable and well presented.
Excellent mid week course
There were plenty of slots to play today. Admittedly it was cold and windy, so maybe some players stayed away. Overall course condition was good and I thought it would be hillier than it was.
An enjoyable course to play
Only 1 hour from Sydney, this is a great course if you’re looking for a change.
Play was super slow due to the first group of the day taking 5+ hours but overall very satisfied with the game of golf at Antill Park.
First time at Antill
A nice course with some challenging wholes, particularly the long par three's. The price of the cart was a little more than what I would expect to pay but otherwise a great day's golf.
