Course conditions were good and the price was very good. Very open course.

Fairways Greens and everything else are in great shape. The greens were rolling very nicely and quick. This is the time for bent grass greens to thrive in GA

I played this course on Saturday. Was a little leary of the weather, but it was a great day. Thought it was challenging, since it was my first time playing it. I really like the layout, with several "loops" where you can run and hide and not see another player or group for over an hour. Just a few little things that the course could improve upon. First of all, try to have a picture of the hole at the tee, score card, or give vital information such as yardage and par value. Secondly, I didn't see much of it, aside from the large colored boxes that give yardage, but there are some people who are old-school like me who like to walk off yardages, so try to have yardages on the sprinkler heads to show distance to green. Lastly, try to make it a little more friendly to the average golfer and fix some of the forced carries to the green. Greens were a little spotty at times, but it happens. Chances are I will make the drive down there again to play this course.

Course was in excellent condition. Good test of golf. Bring extra golf balls. Pro shop and restaurant crew were very friendly and the food and beer was great.

The course was in excellent condition. Bring plenty of balls errant shots are lost balls. The course if full of opportunities to lose your ball. Must know your club distances. The greens are hard to read for first timers but the course is a fun course to play.

Played in the rain 10/5 and course was in terrific shape!!! Cant beat it!!

Off the beat and path, with a couple of re-do's, the course has shaped up beautifully.

Played a Sunday hot deal for $16, it had rained for 3 days and course had drained very well. I was surprised that it wasn't cart path only. The GPS service I use was not functioning and had no course layout on scorecard so many holes were truly blind. Sort of tough for first time of play here., greens and fairways were in remarkable condition. I will most likely return, hopefully soon

7500 from the tips and long distance been holes, as noted a large property. Greens need another week to be back into shape, after holes punched and sand applied, rating will go from average to good. As noted a good course and good value.

Had a great time playing. Course tougher then thought, but fun to play.

The fairways were great, the green are getting better after being aerated. This is a good course and I will play here again.

Overall the course was nice, however there were a couple of greens not in the best of shape. Will play there again for overall experience...

The course is in great shape but like some of the previous reviews mention, golfers are not fixing their ball marks and it's taking a toll on the greens. Many of the bunkers were also not raked. This is a premier course and why folks don't take care, I have no idea. Other than that the course is fair but tough and we thoroughly enjoyed the round. The staff was friendly and the course was quiet.

Course was in good condition for middle of summer in Georgia. Greens were very slow and challenging for my group. Fairways very hard; made it difficult to hold drives on the fairway with all the holes that slope away from center of fairway. Too many lost balls with heavy vegetation areas just a few yards off the fairway.

Great course. You'll loose yourself In the course as there's long drives in between holes especially on the back nine. Beautiful landscape. Friendly staff. Greens are in great shape. Course is challenging to me. Not a whole lot of punching out from woods. Just not possible so you have to be accurate off the tee. I normally shoot in mid 90's.

I've played this course 5 times during the past 3 years and it is now in the best shape ever. The new club house is spectacular for events, lunch, and social gatherings. The course was manicured and the greens were fair! Great value for the money, we will be back within the next 2 months!!!

This course is in great shape right now. A few tee boxes need some work but the rest of it is pretty good. The fairways are great. The greens are really good.(not too fast but not too slow) The rough is pretty thick in several places but still playable. This course was basically carved out of a forest. Most holes have woods on both sides of the fairway. They have 6 sets of tees and the tips are nearly 7,500 yards. This is definitely a 1st shot course meaning that your tee shot better be good or you have no chance to score well. There are several blind tee shots that you have no way of knowing about unless you drive up and see the layout or you have played the course before. There are also several wasteland areas that you might not know about until you get up close to them. 1 suggestion to the course would be to put the course layout on the scorecard to give you an idea of what to expect for each hole. Some signs at each tee box with the layout would also help and really change the overall experience in my opinion. With all that said, I will play it again. This is just one place that some course knowledge would really help out for someone who has never played it before.

Played last week and enjoyed it so much I went back again booking a Hot Rate at noon-time. Really a great course; fair amount of slope and wide array of tee boxes to choose from. Fairways were in great shape, greens good but players need to repair ball marks! Course provides a good level of risk-reward for those daring shot-makers. Par 3s are long and course management is required to successfully navigate the 4s and 5s. Nice having soft-sand in traps instead of Georgia clay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food at restaurant was very good - try the Fried Spinach! Will go back often!
