Trevino at Geneva National Golf Club

About
Geneva National Golf Club is the second largest golf facility in Wisconsin, offering three championship courses, each designed by golf pros Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Lee Trevino. The courses are abundant with scenery, provided by the rolling countryside that sits along the banks of Lake Como, but they are also conveniently located just a short drive from metropolitan Chicago and Milwaukee. The Trevino Course may be the least difficult of the three but that doesn't mean it is without its fair share of challenges. It has the least amount of water of any of the three courses but it does make a memorable appearance on the par-3 fifth hole where a stream cuts across not once but twice. There may be little water, but plenty of strategically placed bunkers will keep you on your toes.

Late In The Season Round
I have played the Trevino course a few times from the hybrid tees and find it to be a nice challenge. The course was in nice condition and I found the the staff to be welcoming.
Geneva National TREVINO
Superb fall golf.
Course was in terrific condition.
Great set up for challenging real golfers or corporate hacks 🙀😂👍🏻
Challenging, but playable. Wonderful experience
The course was well maintained and the greens were fast. The staff were very helpful. It is a beautiful and challenging course. I played the hybrid hole / silver tees. It was playable and a lot of fun. I had a great day and would look forward to trying some of the other courses at Geneva National or playing Trevino again. The restaurant was great for a beer and food after playing.
Geneva Great
Looking for great courses & wonderful memories, look no further. This resort is it.
Great Course (My favorite of the 3)
I love playing the courses at GN. They are always in great shape. My only complaint is that they don’t seem to care about slow play. We had a 4 some in front of us, and they had 2 open holes ahead of them. But what can you do.
Overall, I play their 10-12 times a year. I would love to play there more.

Obnoxious bachelor parties & lack of female facilities
The golf itself was fine. Great course and well maintained. No too much water or places to loose balls for those of us who sometimes have that problem! Biggest issue and why we have canceled future rounds were - 1. no showers for the ladies changing room (this is absolutely absurd!) and 2. large numbers of party golfers meant we were constantly hearing screams, inconsiderately loud talking and music and we were hit into twice on the busy course.
This was the worst of old golf (misogyny with low quality ladies facilities) and new golf (inconsiderate drunk bros).
On a good note the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and considerate. Wish I could say the same for the patrons!
Excellent course
Have played several times over last year. Remarkably different courses with so much to enjoy on each
Golfer
3:45 tee off, NO carts available. 4 hours and 30 minutes just finished 13 holes. Left the course. Spoke with Drew assistant pro he he was more concerned with the fact they 266 players. No starter or rangers. Per Drew they must have left at 3:30.
Great course but there is NO reason for that pace of play. Maybe don’t continue to take tee times?
