Spruce Creek Country Club

Great course for those who drive the ball long. Very well maintained course.

Played at Spruce Creek in mid June. Fairways and Greensin great shape. Not very busy in mid afternoon and. I got around in just under 3 hours. Staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely play there again.

Always in good shape. Greens just a tad slow but in good shape. Lots of rain lately but course drains well. Fairways also good. Had a great day/round.

always treated nice by staff here. greens are coming back and putting true. back nine is a lot harder than front. get your birdies on the front, won't be too many on the back. will return.

Only 9 holes open, fairways/tee boxes punched/aerated, greens all aerated, shaggy, and covered with unsettled sand (not really playable). Tractors spraying chemicals on fairways while players on course (hopefully not Roundup). I did get some sand practice in, it was basically equivalent to 3 hours on a range so worth a large bucket of balls.

Really liked this course that winds its way through houses, streets and yards similar to a course I played regularly as a kid. Greens are consistent and roll true. Layout is a good mixture of straight and dogleg holes with a good bit of sand and water.

Nice course

Grass in fairways and very good greens

Great value

The greens were fast but putting true. I sure they keep the course this condition.

We have played here many times and the course is usually in great shape. While many other courses in the area have started to get dried out , Spruce Creek has done a good job to keep the fairways & tee boxes in good condition and the greens are fast and true. We had a great round!

The course is in great shape. The people working are friendly and even the weather was nice. Had a great time. Be back soon.

The course is in excellent condition - fairways are very nice - greens held shots with good pace. The staff was professional and friendly. While everyone was in compliance with the governor’s social distancing rules it was a fun day at an excellent facility!! I definitely would recommend playing this course.

Our visit to Spruce Creek for 18 holes of play was an unqualified success. From the bag drop at the start until we

loaded our clubs after play we had a great day. The course is very well maintained and the staff made us feel very welcome; we were pleased with our decision to play at Spruce Creek and will return soon to this venue.

"THANK YOU" to management and staff for satisfying your customers needs (especially during the corona virus

special needs); your efforts are recognized and appreciated.

First time playing and will definitely be Back

Course in in great shape well maintained and a lot of Beautiful House's along the course to look at and dream

This round was the first time playing this course in 2020. Previous round was about the same time last year. Course condition has greatly improved. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. If I lived closer to the area, I would certainly consider becoming a member of Spruce Creek.

Arrived at the course for a pre paid hot deal time and although the lot was not even half full, we were informed that my wife and I could not ride in a cart together due to COVID restrictions but we would be paired up with 2 single players who we did not know and who did not know each other. We requested that we be able to play as a 2some due to the COVID restrictions and precautionary measures we have observed at other courses in the area,, by not requiring anyone to be paired with players they do not know and did not arrive with. Instead of making accommodations for us, “Mike” told us to “call golf now and get a refund”. It was obvious that he felt as though we should subject ourselves to an uncomfortable round with strangers at a precarious time, because we had a “hot deal” time through golf now and somehow we didn’t deserve to be treated as well as those that paid full price. So, we went to another local course that was apprecIative of our concerns and we had a great day despite the poor attitude of the pro shop attendant at Spruce Creek. If a course offers discounted tee times, they should treat everyone equally and not feel as though saving $10 entitles them to treat you as an unwanted guest.

Nice layout with interesting holes. Conditions ok considering such a dry spring. Good service except for no ice on property
