Fairways in poor condition
Greens are ok recently aerated and sanded a few weeks ago .
Wouldn’t pay more that $35 to play it
Needs work
The course is still working its way through the aeriation process. BUT, about 80-85 % of the tee boxes are in deplorable condition. It is sad that the greens will be really nice in a couple of weeks and the tee boxes will still be deplorable.
Great!
Nice little beach town course. Greens were decent. Looks like they just re-seared and airing. In a week or so they will be excellent. T boxes and fairways were both very well maintained.
Pace of play was fast due to the layout, not overly crowed and never felt pressure from other golfers.
Recommend as a must play.
Thumbs up!
Second time playing this course. Fun and challenging layout. It was even more challenging due to the aerification process, lol, but we had been forewarned and paid a fair price, so no complaints there. Can’t wait to play this course again when the new grass comes in!
Aerated and needs rain
Course was not in its usual good shape. They are doing some chemical sprays,, aeration and plugging. Rain will help which we're getting a lot of today.
Conditions
Recently plugged fairways and greens
All repairing as expected greens still fairly good considering
Terrible
I drove an hour to play here for the first time as someone said it was a good course. It was awful. The fairways were all torn up from aerating and dry. The greens were all sand so putting was a joke. It is not a challenging course at all and rather boring. Huge disappointment.
Need Irrigation System
The lack of an irrigation system has drastically affected this golf course. The fairways and tees are brown and grass is very, very thin -- some places completely bare. The greens had been aerated and the green surfaces were covered with sand, so it was impossible to see how the drought has affected the greens.
Terrible putting surfaces
The greens were aerified two weeks ago and the holes are huge! They sand too dressed them very heavily and they are truly unputtable.
Sandy greens
This is, by far, the worst course I have played in a long time. The greens were a sea of sand, the fairways and tee boxes were just plugged. How can golf now charge full price for this crap and not make any mention on the web page. Shame on you Golf Now. Don't play this course for a few weeks when you will see green on the greens.
