beautiful day!
very nice course for practicing short game. Green very good shape.
Rate
I think it is too expensive for a par 3 and it is more expensive with Golfnow.
Fun and not easy
This is a short little course with challenging greens that are in very good condition. It’s a great tune up for your iron game along with the undulating greens. Worth it!
Hidden gem
Greens in good condition, tees ok. Not too crowded. All holes under 175 from the white tees.
BARGAIN
Course restored and reopened December/2023.
Great job! Unfortunately, heavy rains are hurting Southwest golf courses. I'm sure it'll be back to normal soon. Practice green good, Chipping only area is good. No driving range. Only net!
Staff friendly and Director is breath of fresh air compared to before
The cost for this fine and challenging course to work on short game is the best bang for the buck in Palm Beach County, and worth twenty five minute drive from where I reside in Deerfield Beach.
Now for the course itself. Any minor nitpicking is because I'm competitive and try for the best score. People who are out there strictly for enjoyment please ignore!
Sometimes takes time to find level place to hit from.
Now for all the good and there's lots
Everything's better than before!
Holes are between eighty and one hundred seventy five yards, and between tees and greens grass are grass. Fringes around greens. Greens can be speedy and hard to find straight putts and tilted back to front, so short of pins are better, and over greens more difficult to play. If winds are South, Holes one thru five are against. East to West holes six thru eight against. Hole two is more difficult than before further uphill to green and unique sharing green with hole sixteen as in Scotland. A few other holes are uphill in front of greens which with heavy rain can make chipping ball muddy. Five of seven holes (six thru twelve) are longer with six and twelve having water as well on the left coming into play. If you hit straight most holes can be hit short with no trouble in front, After twelve, one gets reprieve with three of best birdie opportunities in row. Then finishing up with three excellent tough holes that have greens uphill that are some of the toughest! In addition, sixteen with deep trap in front. Seventeen, long with very thin right to left green that is very difficult to hold, finishing with hole deep trap in front and lake to your right.
Ranger and security keep watch on things, and maintenance keeps most of wildlife feces off greens with paths less than before. A course designed by Robert Trent Jones you know will be challenging and well worth it at cost you cannot beat! You won't be sorry, and nobody suggested or paid me for this. It was my honest appraisal!
Great place to golf
This executive course has to be one of the best in the area. . Always well maintained and in great condition. Provides challenges for every type of golfer. Highly recommended
Beautiful Par 3
This is an extremely well maintained course, a Robert Trent Jones design. A few of the holes feature water, but no really difficult forced carries. Since it is a RTJ design, you can expect lots of well placed bunkers and really wavy greens. It would be nice to have water and restrooms on the course.
