Beautiful course, rude & horrible customer service
Beautiful landscaping and country club. And sadly, that's all the positive I can say. I recently moved out and thank goodness I did. Found a much more friendly atmosphere in the area. The behavior at Addison was abusive from the community manager to the senior members/board members. If you want a controlling life, then Addison is for you. Addison says they want new younger members, but doesn't understand it will rarely attract new or younger people by having a reputation of making your life a horrible to do anything. Do your research when searching for a new home in a country club. I will miss my friends there but I am happy to be out of the Addison Reserve. Their mentality is not survivable in the long run, but I wish them and all and especially my close friends I left behind the best. I know for a fact my feelings are shared by many at Addison, but they cant say as they live their life in fear from retaliation from the board or management.
