My second time playing here, fun layout, good condition, decent value.

Course is in decent shape, greens rolled true, medium speed, consistent.

Pace of play was good too, 4hrs 15mins on a summer Sunday.

I know it's been a wet summer, but why is the rough so high? Played here last season, same issue. Spent a lot of time gouging the ball out of ankle deep rough, no fun!!

The patio grill closes at 4pm, so there was nothing to drink or eat at the turn. Why so early?

If you remember what it was like prior to sale to build homes, then you will be disappointed. A few of the old east course holes were saved and used like 1, 5 -9, but 1 and 5 were altered and not for the betterment. The old east 1 green was moved and seems shorter and 5 was turned into par 3. I liked how expansive and how you felt part of nature with the old 36 hole courses. That feel of being secluded and in open nature is gone and now replaced with planet Mars like look of bulldozed construction dirt and sound of nail guns. Course is still in good shape. I understand this is America and owners can do whatever they want to cash in, but it all comes at a price. I won’t be going back there it’s just too sad to remember what was and what now is.

The fairways are well maintained but the greens are in pretty rough shape. Spots of dead grass all over each green. Carts are nice but very slow. The cart pathways are in good shape. Nice course layout, wide open. If you hit it in the rough it could be difficult to get out, all straw

The staff was great. The course was great. Fairways were beautiful greens were tricky, but they were in great condition. I would go back there over and over again.

Have nt played here in a while but always enjoyed the public course. When this course opened , both east/ west was open for public play and that was many years ago . Played the day after Thanksgiving this year - about 35 degrees and probably 35 mile per hour winds. Despite these conditions I will say that the course conditions were exceptional . The greens were so true and consistent throughout the 18 ( and that’s saying a lot since some of the holes are new) and the bunkers were perfect. I will be back in the spring and highly recommend this course - and the folks maintaining the course should be especially proud of their work - outstanding . I greatly enjoyed this new layout
