About
Lakeview Golf Club is a favorite amongst Delray Beach locals. It is a par-60 executive layout that offers the perfect level of challenge for beginners, juniors, and senior golfers. It is the sister course to Delray Beach Golf Club, a championship course that is less than a mile away. Opened in 1972, the golf course has a classic design that measures just over 3,000 yards. The terrain is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable course to walk. Despite its length the holes have the feel of a championship course. There are 14 par 3s, a fair share of which are quite challenging as opposed to the uniform par 3s you see on some executive courses. For more advanced players, it is a great place to get in a quick round of practice.

Have played this course very often and as a senior it fits me to a tee. The staff is extremely pleasant and courteous. Highly recommended
Good practice
I play this course because it offers a great way to practice my short game and iron game...much better than hitting range balls. Also, some of my golf companions do far better with the shorter length of the course vs full size courses.
What an enjoyable course for beginners
The staff are great. Patricia, Ron are wonderful people and so attentive.

Breathe of fresh air with sweet real people free of harsh rules.
Local spot
Wanted a spot to play early so I went to make view. Have played there several times before. Played at 8am and wasdone by 10.30am since no one was out yet. Only problem with playing this course is you never know what the condition will be. Greens were a little sandy on this day but once the sun dried the greens it wasn't as bad. It is a good course to work on your iron game.
This course is challenging
I have played numerous times on this course and have always found it challenging and pittoresque with very nice vistas.
Great starter and staff can’t overcome course
Course was simply not in good condition...at all. Tee boxes and greens were actually in poor condition.

Very pleased
Having golfed for only a few years and being a senior I find this course to be exactly what I want
The staff is very friendly and I find course layout to be excellent for type of golf I play. I always look forward to playing this course.
Very Short
Basically a course for people who can’t hit a shot past 150 yards. Very tight and short even for an executive course. Won’t be coming back

Slow as molasses
We waited at least 5 mins on every hole. No Marshall’s

Lakeview golf course
This course is an executive par 60. Good for working your short game. The pro shop and staff were friendly and helpful but the condition of the fairways and green were substandard. The putting surface was uncut and had so many weeds that putting was near to impossible. With some TCL, this could be a gem.

Okay layout for par 60. Greens we're pretty slow. Pace of play and cost make it a reasonable value.
Bad Experience at Lakeview
I have been playing Lakeview twice a week for the last 3 weeks.Generally I enjoy it, but not today.On the ninth hole the irrigation system went off making my wife wet.We decided to continue.When we got to the tenth hole the sprinkler in front of the tee was on and we said that's enough.There was no one on the course to talk to ,so we quit.We went in to the office ,told them our experience .
They would do nothing for us.They told me to contact Golf Now,because I made the reservation through you.330586666.I was busy this afternoon & didn't call you until tonight.Will try tomorrow.
