Lakeview Golf Club is a favorite amongst Delray Beach locals. It is a par-60 executive layout that offers the perfect level of challenge for beginners, juniors, and senior golfers. It is the sister course to Delray Beach Golf Club, a championship course that is less than a mile away. Opened in 1972, the golf course has a classic design that measures just over 3,000 yards. The terrain is mostly flat, making it an enjoyable course to walk. Despite its length the holes have the feel of a championship course. There are 14 par 3s, a fair share of which are quite challenging as opposed to the uniform par 3s you see on some executive courses. For more advanced players, it is a great place to get in a quick round of practice.

Terrible starting olan
What have they done! They are now scheduling starting time 8 minutes apart when it should have been 11 or more. We started 45 minutes after the scheduled time. This is unacceptable! What has management done to create this mess.
Overbooked and extremely slow.
11:22 am t-time. 5 carts waiting to t-off, Tee off @ 11:45.
Quit after 9 holes. Took 2 hours and 40 minutes to play an executive course. Terrible course management.. Overbooked.

Course is a true executive with some difficult par 4's. I play it about 20x in the last 6 Months...the course gets a lot of play, and greens need work...Furry and Slow...early season in Great Shape...With the rain last week, should help.
Most green and fairways in good condition. A couple of the tees were sandy.
Really poor tee time
We booked for 2:22 pm tee off and did not get out until 3:05 pm. Paid for 18 holes but could only play 9 because of the late tee off and slow play
Short game course
Nice course in decent shape a fun short course good to work on your short game. Only down side the play was very slow
Cheap and fast
If your looking to work on your iron play and get out and play an executive course it was awesome. You get what you pay for but during the busy season, perhaps I was lucky , two hours for 18 holes mostly par threes was fun. If you want a real 18 go somewhere else but for a few hours fun it was great

It was the slowest round ever in this course, more than four hours. Also the tee time booking was confusing because Lakeview golf course sent curious emails where booking was delited.
